Es wäre toll, wenn man bei der wirklich super einfachen Buchungseingabe noch irgendwo die Möglichkeit hätte, eine kurze Notiz für den Gast hinzuzufügen. Wie zB.: Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder Allergiker-Bettwäsche oder späte Anreise... Der Chat funktioniert ja zunächst nur von der Gastseite aus... Wenn bei uns ein Gast ein Zimmer im parterre oder barrierefrei wünscht, ist es nicht immer eine eigene Kategorie und es wäre hilfreich, auf ein vorheriges Telefonat oder einen Emailaustausch eingehen zu können. Also eine Art "Notizfeld"...

Mews Terminal available for ALL GUEST
We are using the 'New Mews Terminal Payment' tool since few month already.
This is very helpfull indeed, except for the group on C/O this morningMost of people in the group are 'Blind or partially sighted'
They had problem with the 'Mews Terminal( The terminal has no '''MARK' or feeling option on the screen to enter their PIN code to confirm payment.How would you solve this in future ?

Name Restrictions
I would like to be able to set my own name for the restrictions that would be visible to the reservations team when they are booking a reservation and want to check on why they are seeing a room as restricted.

Date suggestion on WBE adapted after minimum stay restrictions
Current situation: E.g. If a guest selects the dates for a 3 night stay and we have restrictions with minim. 4 nights, the dates suggested by the WBE are often not even close to the dates the guest had in min.
Suggestion for solution: The WBE instead suggests an additional night to the guest, so e.g. Guest search for accommodation 21-24th of March where the minimum stay is 4 nights, WBE then suggests 20-24th of March OR 21-25th of March.
That way the guest doesn't think we are fully booked and understands the minimum stay better. Now it only says…

Extending stay of guests
MEWS automatically allocate guests to a room. However, when you want to extend a guest's stay and another guest is allocated to that room, you first have to move the other guest to be able to extend the stay of the other guest. It would be helpful that if you want to extend a guest's stay, it automatically moves the other guest to another available room.

Making it easier to delete rates
When you try to delete a rate, it can be very frustrating to have to find out it is linked to your channel manager / has restrictions / linked to another rate / has a voucher....
why not allow you tick boxes to do this whilst you are in the rate you want to delete?
it took me about 5 minutes for something that should be able to be done in 30 seconds!1 vote -
Cap number of Inventory per booking.
Hi,
I have set a service for guests to book Day by the Pool .
I want a cap of 6 to book sunbeds, but this is not possible.At the moment the functionality to cap the maximum number is capping the number of adults but you cannot cap the number of bed (sunbeds).
So far it not possible to have a way to cap inventory per booking.

it would be great if it is possible to add a link in the rate description and this will be showing on the website and on the email.

voucher codes not working
this has happened since the change of company billing / error comes up as there are no public rates available despite voucher code having been added.
only public rates are now showing when making a booking.please solve asap as it causes huge errors with rates and cancellation settings.

Would it be useful if it was possible to generate a direct booking url for each rate you create.
This will enable you to link your promotions directly to the Booking Engine.
It will also allow you to provide your corporate clients with a link directly to their rate, as a supplement to the rate access voucher

Hurdle rates
The term Rate Hurdle also known as Lose-It Rate refers to a type of rate that sets a threshold that must be crossed by the channel manager to reserve a room. It generally frames the case at which a hotel is better off leaving the room vacant than to sell it. Hotels commonly do this in peak times in advance of reservations. The Hurdle Rate helps informing that rooms should be sold to whom, when and at what price to achieve maximum profitability for a hotel.

ability to update bulk rate when adding room nights
When someone extends their reservation for multiple days you currently have to add the rates individually.
Ex. If someone has a reservation for Jan 1-30 but they want to change their departure to March 31 and their rate is 99.00 you have to manually enter 99.00 60 additional times in the pricing section. Can we get a feature that you can add 99.00 to all extra nights?1 vote -

Split Occupancy/Availability report by Midweek (Mon-Thurs) and Weekend (Fri-Sun)
It would make life a lot easier when it comes to rate management if we could split weeks into Midweek/Weekend. This would allow for better rate manipulation.
It would also let us report how we are performing by Midweek/Weekend rather than us having to manually calculate it all (which takes a very long time when you are looking at the next three months). This sort of data lets us look at which breaks are more popular at which time of year etc.

Import Rates by CSV
Currently for Rate Management, we have to manually fill in the Room Rates for each day and each room. We use software that can generate a CSV with Rates for each Room Type, but at the moment we aren't able to import it.

be able to see short rate name when making reservations
we have several corporate rates for different LOS and different levels of discount, although they are all showing as "corporate rate", it is important that we are able to distinguish when making reservations. to have the short name instead of the full name coming up when picking the rate would be really helpful.
