Possibility to detach/unmerge a room from a group
Sometimes rooms are added to a group that do not appear to belong together, or an error occurs and a room is added to a group.
It would be practical if you could remove rooms from a group. Currently, this is not possible.

Group Overview
We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.

Improve Namelist group booking
when you want to implement a namelist for a certain date. However that booking is a group booking with multiple dates. And even if you select only 1 date, all bookings will appear in the downloaded name list without order. Meaning that all dates are mixed up and then you also need to add 50+ names. It takes very long and it would be better if you can implement it per booking date.

Task per group
In a group you have to enter a task in each room individually. This should also be possible once per group.

moving bookings to a different group
it doesn't seem possible to move individual reservations from one group to another.
for example if you have a recurring (annual) group and have by mistake added a booking to the previous year, you are not able to move just one reservation to the current year.

Group General Availability Block
When creating a new Availability block for a Group, provide a checkmark toggle that allows for booking out of general availability, rather than creating day by day by space category blocks.
- There are times we provide "rate offers" to groups without any specific room type commitment at all, ie. We'll provide a floating 20% discount on any room types we have available, up until a specific booking cut-off date. Group folded by arrival dates
In the group overview, it would be very helpful if not only the rooms could be folded in, but also the different arrival days. There are definitely groups with staggered dates.

Extend departure date of bulk Group reservations
Currently you can only extend the departure date of multiple reservations in a Group booking if the Arrival date / time match exactly for all selected reservations.
i.e. when individuals arrive / check-in at different times in the day, we can then no longer bulk update the departure date for the group booking.

Ability to make a group of reservations by floor
Hostels often need to ensure that a whole floor is blocked for a group booking (e.g. school groups)

group bookings
it is very annoying that when you search and choose a group, one of the bookings is ticked. if it is a large group, you are not always able to see which one and need to scroll down to unclick it before you are able to make any chances to other bookings. waste of time and also huge potential to make mistakes

If you click on Occupancy then the data comes out, completely different. The overview for 14 days, would be a great asset and make life easier.

Summarize invoices with multiple guest profiles by guest profile.
With group reservations or reservations with more than one guest profile the invoice turns out very chaotic i.e.:

Group Booking ID
In case of Group Booking, on top of having reservation ID, would it make sense to have a master group booking ID.

confirmation email for groups
The main booker of a company always wants to receive a confirmation email with all of the guest names now the main booker only sees a reservation number of all reservations

Add the group name to the rooming list
When writing a rooming list for a group sometimes due some unknown reson one name in the group is seen on timeline in every single room. That cannot be changed back to be the group name we originally had. Plase give us a way to have a group name for a group, to enter client names to the rooms without messing up the group name. Idea for group summary
Would be helpful to have a feature for the group summary, that shows how many adults + childen are in the group. Now it shows only total amount of people.

Large number of reservations in one group is slow
This one is for the developers.
We have group of between 200 and 300 reservations spread out over 10 days in september. When you load one of the reservations the other 200+ are also loaded.
This makes every action (checkin, checkout, open bill, close bill yadayada) you need to take is very very slow.
I suspect the list is loaded synchronously. Maybe it helps if the reservation is loaded asynchronously. I only care about this 1 reservation not about the 200+ others...
This reservation for example is part of a large group.

Place group reservations in a bulk on the cashlist
When a group is arriving where the company is paying for RBT it should be possible to place these reservation all at once on the cashlist to avoid walk outs.
This should also be possible to have everyone automatically on the cashlist (less work to take someone off then place everyone on who is not allowed to book items to their room)12 votesHello from the Mews product team,
