The "customer insights" data Mews gathers at the customer profile level should be reported in one place so clients can make use of the stats to create promotions or programs to incentivize their guests.
Stay Frequency Analysis: Number of stays per customer within a selected period.
Revenue Contribution: Total spend per customer (room + POS).
Visit Patterns: Average length of stay, seasonal trends.
Engagement Metrics: Use of amenities, special requests, or participation in promotions.2 votes -
Accounting Report: Filter Payments According to Specific Accounting Category/Service Filter
Currently, you can filter out the report by specific Service or Accounting Categories for the revenue portion.
However, we cannot filter out Payments "associated" and recorded for that specific revenue. Especially if we are looking at specific POS Room Charge Revenue that is posted on the rooms.
It would be useful to be able to do so for further analysis.

Occupancy Graph on the Dashboard: Forward Projection
Add additional features to the graph, allowing users to see future projections about occupancy directly on the dashboard. It typically displays only the current week (7-day).

Additional Filters for Accounting Report
Can we consider adding filters and Columns for the following
External Identifier (as seen in the Payment Report)
Settlement Identifier (as seen in Payout/Payment Report)
Bill Number for all rows> _now, bill numbers are only associated with a closed bill or issued invoice bill. Perhaps, it would be useful to have a piece of data that could be picked up by an Accounting Software at least.
Owner > mostly, for items in the unpaid section as this is not considered a bill at this time. Therefore, it is worth considering adding item-level data as rows by including unpaid items/deposits as…

Availability Block Cancellation Report
This should be a cancellation report that includes the cancelled revenue plus the cancelled room nights of an availability block. To top this it would be great to see the cancellation reason and who cancelled it plus the option to export to excel.

Pull Reservation Report by Space/Room Type
It would be nice to pull data by "Space Type" from the reservation report. The Totals mode is an incredible tool -- but just as the Mgr Report has Stay revenue separated between Rooms or Apartments or Suites (or the different room types), it might be incredibly useful to have this filter as well.

Label the revenue which has not been generated through an agency as "direct", instead of "blank".

Blockings Report Development
Include all types of blocks in the blockings report. E.G. Out of order and house use, as many properties will use house use as its harder to have clear reporting on.

Add filter for note classifications
Add an option to filter which type of notes are shown in reports. An use case would be the "Room Status" report with only housekeeping notes (For the housekeeping obviously).
For example for the "Guests in House" report you have an option to toggle products and then a separate option for refining wich products are shown.
Similar there is already an option to toggle notes (guest notes to be specific). Just add an additional option for choosing wich note classifications should be shown.

At the moment we have to calculate the average length of stay ourselves:

Sustainable integrations and native imports
Being able to integrate/import more details into mews.
When looking to the future our demand for accurate and immediate reporting becomes ever bigger. having MEWS as the central HUB for everything would be nice. Alternatively having more integrations with 3rd party players that can take relevant info from mews, ESG reporting criterias will be more and more crucial in the coming years2 votes -

D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambreCordialement

Rapport chambre hors d'usage en multi property
Serait-il possible de créer un rapport permettant d'obtenir le nombre de chambres hors d'usage avec la raison de cet hors d'usage, en multi-property pour l'ensemble des établissement sur un seul rapport ?

Ability to select multiple dates in the Analytics reports/graphs
It would be great if we could select multiple dates or multiple months in the reports/graphs - for seasonal hotels, it is really the way we tend to anlyse performance.

The ability to export guest data from 2 different locations.
Currently it is only possible to generate customer profiles of all customers within a chain. The option to be able to split this between the different locations should be implemented as soon as possible.

Mews Analytics: Include room nights OTB and pickup in the Manager Analytics YoY details
Include room nights OTB not only the OCC in the Manager Analytics YoY details and also include the Pickup made the last -1 day, -3 days, -7 days, -14 days, -30days by using filters.

Include SettlementId in the Credit Card fee reporting in Mews Analytics.
In Mews analytics credit card reporting, please include the settlement Id so we can have a singular report to reference across our payouts from all the properties in our chain daily.

Show pickup by created time, not just date
I would like to see what my pickup was at a specific reservation creation time not just date. This allows me to see what was on the books yesterday rather than just today.
