Sustainable integrations and native imports
Being able to integrate/import more details into mews.
When looking to the future our demand for accurate and immediate reporting becomes ever bigger. having MEWS as the central HUB for everything would be nice. Alternatively having more integrations with 3rd party players that can take relevant info from mews, ESG reporting criterias will be more and more crucial in the coming years2 votes -
NEXT 5 DAYS interval for scheduled reports
Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
"NEXT 5 DAYS"schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
etc...Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

Can we please add an interval period for the current 6 month period? Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec being the specified period

Credit card transactions on Aging Balance
Include the "credit card transactions" section in the new Aging Balance analytics.
This is a handy feature to calculate your financial costs wihtin a certain period.If the Financial analytics will be terminated, the only way to calculate these will be manually, which is an enormous step back in time.

Report showing Bookable services lenght time
Be Mate part of the big brand ROOM MATE, would like to have a report showing the bookable resvices lenght time of their reservation recived.
This is extrmely important from Sales prospective in terms of data colleting to plan future rate upsell.3 votes -
Reservation report - canceled amount per night
The Reservation report does not trigger the amount per night for canceled reservations it just shows the total amount.
When exporting to Excel the report provides the amount per night under the "night" tab, however, it does not show this information when the reservations are canceled.4 votes -
Optimise Mews Analytics
Currently Mews Analytics is extremely slow and almost impossible to use due to the following issues.
- Data and visuals taking more than 10 min to load
- Data that doesn't load because loading times are too high
- Many errors
-...Please optimise the Power BI integration so the analytics tabs become useable.

company related contacts
In the comany profile there should be a way to "archive" or mark related contacts as "past" or "previous" contact persons. So that when one is viewing the related contacts of a company (customer profiles linked to a company profile) only the current hones are displayed, while the past contacts are still visible but cleary marked as "past contacts".

Marketing Source reporting
We would like to track enquiry source far better than the system is able to now. We currently only have origin of booking however this currently tracks 'how' the guest booked - not 'how they heard about us'.
As with many companies a significant amount of marketing spend it allocated to social media - there for to track conversion more closely is key.
If a new tab for Enquiry Source/Marketing is not an option are we able to add 'Social Media' to the 'Origin' criteria?

Matching invoices to Mews Merchant payments
We are presently loosing a lot of time trying to reconcile invoices issued to payments received, especially when a downpayment has been made via MEWS merchant a few month prior to the arrival of a guest.
Having a report where you can see 1 booking number and all the payments made for it including the details of the Mews Merchant payment identifier for each payment, would save us a lot of time during the debtors reconciliation process.

petits dejeuner
Bonjour,
Serait il possible d'avoir un rapport journalier, détailler des petits déjeuners avec le nom des clients et les nombres de petits déjeuner par personnes et par jours (actuellement le rapport nous donnes la quantité total de petits déjeuner du séjour de chaque clients) et c'est pas pratique car certains client ne prennent pas le petit déjeuner tout le temps
du coup il faut exporter le rapport sur excel faire des modifs et imprimer pour le matinCordialement

Assignation des femmes de chambre
Bonjour,
Dans la rubrique Assigner des chambres, serait-il possible de :
D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambreCordialement

marqueur de paiement
Bonjour, notre ancien PMS nous permettait de voir sur le calendrier d'un seul coup d'oeil quels clients avaient tout réglé par un petit symbole (c'était le symbole euro) à droite de leur nom. Cela est pratique car un jour de départ avec beaucoup de clients, on voit tout de suite à coté du nom du client le symbole, le client rapporte la clef , il est toujours pressé, on voit le marqueur, et on a moins de stress.

Linking room moves prior to guest arrival
When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.
- If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
- Don't count guest as departing
- Don't count guest as arriving
- Count guest as stay over
This is important for departments like the front desk, but also effect the guest in terms of confirmation emails. Otherwise the…

Calculate REVPAR correct
Currently the REVPAR is incorrectly calculated all over Mews.
Rooms which are out of order are left out of the equation.
However, REVPAR calculates your revenue based on all rooms (Occupied, Empty or OOO). The current data in both the Manager Report and Manager Analystics in Mews are incorrect.7 votes -
Improve Manager Analytics to include YoY comparison by day
Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).
Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.
Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.
Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

Keep accounting category of double rebates
At the moment, when a rebated item is rebated again (a double rebate) it changes accounting category to the predefined accounting category in accounting configuration. It would be good if it kept the accounting category set for rebates of that product/night

Notification Room Availabilities
It would be great if you could receive a notification when only a certain number of rooms (or room category) are available. This would prevent overbooking.
