Updating and closing tasks
It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).

task ring/bell signal
It would be great that we could set a ring/bell signal for some urgent tasks, like for: Late check out, wake-up call, any other urgent task. So you hear that something urgent needs to be done, also when you do not look at the desktop screen.

Send link for credit card (no payment)

Rate split tooltip in NNRS
Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

Get updates on existing support cases via the digital assistant
It would be very useful if you could view the status of an existing support case (e.g. see if it's been looked at, actioned, etc.) via the digital assistant. Currently once a case is submitted via the digital assistant, I'm not aware of a way to contact support without creating another case via the digital assistant. If you email [email protected] the automated reply says emails cannot be responded to directly, and creates another case.

Dispay round figures
During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.

Edit Rooming List
I have 2 requests that both pertain to the rooming list functionality.
1) I would like to be able to edit rooming lists once they are downloaded. Right now, they download as locked excel spreadsheets. That means it is impossible to add notes, or simply delete columns that are not relevant. I would like to share rooming lists with clients, but that is not possible without being able to edit them.
2) If reservations within a group have two companions noted in the reservation, the rooming list duplicates each reservation, making the groups appear double in size. This is confusing,…

end of day - manually or definately later
end of day should not be mandatory 12pm. Some guests arrive after 12pm - will be automatically noshow on that day. Further, it is not logic to book f&b products on another day, when the main day of the event is the prior one. This distorts heavily statistics

Get more power and involvement from other hotels for new ideas
I see a lot of cool ideas from all Mews customers, but it would be so nice if any hotel could comment on each idea.
If I put in a idea I need to wait a very long time for the voting process. What I would suggest, when a new idea is written by a hotel, is that Mews sends a message or emails to all its hotels (divided over several days to prevent spam emails).
