  1. Hi all,

    the action log sould be more easier to understand.

    The commands / logs that are recorded are not clear enough.
    If a guest checks out at the Mews Kiosk then in the action log it is:

    State changed from Started to processed ....

    That doesnt make any sense and staff do not know what action was beeing done. Better is to state: checked in or checked out...

  3. With the Synxis > Mews integration we have the option to enable "Create company and travel agency profiles". Is it possible to also include a second step which creates a routing rule for the agency?

  4. In germany we have to split breakfast in two parts: breakfast food with 7% VAT and breakfast drinks with 19% VAT. This is complicated for the guest to understand as we need two breakfast products and also for the breakfast team in the product report. Does anyone have a solution for that or is there a possibility to merge the two breakfast products in one? We know that other PMS make this happen.

  5. It would be very usefull for us to have a porduct categorie which is chagred per stay (for example on the first or last night) for channel managers.

  6. Have the option to send a link to the payment portal without amount, so the guest can enter their credit card securely. This is especially important for reservations via phone or email.

  9. When managing different bookable services, like we are. It would be helpful if you can show the name of the bookable service on the booking engine. As it can get confusing for guests to see the hotel's name on top when booking the apartments they manage under a different name across the street.

    Or, like us, when you manage multiple small properties in a single Mews environment, each with it's own name and address.

  10. We would lwant a smart ristriction to have a minimum stay of 2 nights without any revenue loss of open one nights. For example: guest A books from Mo-Wed, guest B books from Fri-Sun -> Thur night will stay open due to the current possibilities in ristrictions.

  11. Bonjour, serait-il possible d'avoir une icône "parking" sur le profil du client dans le calendrier pour rapidement voir combien nous avons de lésa parking ?

  12. de optie om een Company Voucher in het boekingscherm in te vullen is door MEWS weggehaald. Nu kan er alleen nog Public Voucher genoteerd worden. Wij gebruiken veel Company Vouchers dus deze graag terugplaatsen

  15. Ik zou graag een overzichtslijst willen hebben waarop ik kan zien welke kamers gekoppeld zijn/als groep geboekt hebben. Of een koppelteken bij deze kamers in de tijdlijn.
    Nu is het moeilijk om te zien of meerdere kamers bij elkaar horen. Dit is voor ons weer belangrijk om voor het diner of ontbijt te kijken hoeveel grote tafels we moeten indekken/hoeveel 4/6/8 persoons tafels we moeten indekken

  18. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.
