Room Count Manager Report
The manager report counts the rooms wrong.
The rport counts the spaces and not the rooms. But for example when a connecting room is sold as one family room, the report counts 3 rooms sold.This is just wrong and needs do be adjusted. The support sadly doesnt help and told me to post it as an idea.

Show Products in Mails that are priced as a packaged
Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

Add already created reservation to an availability block
If a reservation is made outside of the Availability Block for there to be a way to add it into the picked up reservations after the fact.

Adjust occupancy into the Manager Report (Finance)
The Manager Report ran by Accounting category adds up inventory from different spaces. But when we create a Stay space and a Day Use space, it multiplies our inventory, although it's linked to the same exact rooms. Therefore, occupancy is always incorrect. For example, my property has 24 rooms, but because I linked each room to both Stay and Day Use, the report states 48 rooms and occupancy is incorrect. The system should understand that because it's linked to the same rooms, it should not multiply inventory.

Rate buckets & restriction based on occupancy
At the moment the restriction settings in MEWS are very complicated and extensive. When we try to close multiple rates that are within different Rate Groups (due to the settlement required) we have to close all rates individually. Our idea is to create Rate Buckets where you can add rates manually that only apply to restriction. This way, you can apply all restrictions on these Rate Buckets instead of on rate group or individual rates.
Furthermore, it would be perfect if you can apply restrictions based on occupancy %. I.e. if hotel is 60% booked, I want to close all…

Extension Report
Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. Ability to Book a Reservation by Overriding Restrictions by Management
When using Mews to book a reservation, there are times a manager needs to have the ability to override the restrictions and "Force-Sell" a room. Example the property may have a 2 night minimum, but wants to book a VIP for 1 night only. The process now is to remove the restriction, book the reservation and put the restriction back on which exposes availability. Better to have a NS (Normal Sell using restrictions) and FS (Force-Sell with overrides restrictions) for Management use only.

Be able to change the colours for the reservations
Changing the colour from light grey to dark grey when a guest checks in is ok. but being able to assign colours to reservations to be able to see clearly groups, certain OTA bookings etc

inclusive packaged rates
Where one has rates setup and sold inclusive of the the package e.g. Breakfast, @ R1500.00 single or double inclusive of breakfast. In MEWS rate setup it is required to set a negative occupant adjustment for the value of the breakfast in order to correctly quote the rate for the single room booking @ R1500.00

Adjustments on Rate
When you have made an adjustment to a rate you have to go through the whole year to see that adjustment.
I.e. I have a base rate on 800 SEK. I have an adjustment that apply every sat - sun. That lower the price to 650 SEK. It's easy to do and hard to manage.

Adding companies to accounting ledger
Right now you need to check every single customer in the accounting ledger when you want to invoice a guest because you can't see immediately which guest has booked via a company and which guest is just for leisure purposes. By adding an extra column with the registrated company you can see which guests needs to be invoiced and which don't.

product dynamic pricing to show on product overview screen
It is a great feature that we can set dynamic pricing but on the product overview screen there is no indication that a price has been overridden, making this impossible to track and monitor.
