  1. Bonjour, serait-il possible d'avoir une icône "parking" sur le profil du client dans le calendrier pour rapidement voir combien nous avons de lésa parking ?
    En effet, à ce jour, la gestion sur MEWS du parking n'est pas du tout lisible et pratique... Merci d'avance pour votre retour. Lucas

  2. Sometimes rooms are added to a group that do not appear to belong together, or an error occurs and a room is added to a group.

    It would be practical if you could remove rooms from a group. Currently, this is not possible.

  5. Sometimes clients book 2 consecutive nights through 2 different means. It would help the communication with housekeeping if the reception was able to "link" the 2 reservations together so it is clear that the same person stays in the room. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an automatic detection of this kind of things, like a notification warning us that a reservation has been made with a similar name a day before or after.

  6. we seem to have an issue suddenly when creating a booking where the voucher rates are not displayed when attaching a company. this company has not got a voucher attached and if we leave the company blank, the correct voucher rates will display and are bookable.
    this never happened before, so it looks like something has gone wrong in the last couple of hours.

  7. Allow in restrictions the option to apply to same day bookings only. Right now you can only choose a 1 day restriction instead of same day.

  9. We're very happy with the new timeline feature filter! An improvement in our eyes would be if it also were possible to select multiple features and that the filter shows all the rooms which have one of the selected features. At the moment the filters only shows rooms which have all the selected features.

  10. In my opinion it would better to view all information in one screen and avoid going to second screen. Thus we do not have to click multiple times to check availability status for each day rather we can have the full overview in one scree. Please add each space category and it's availability also in the first window / overview.

  11. Some of our rates are stand-alone during the week and dependent during the weekend. At the moment we have to ajust the weekend rates manually each time the base rate changes as mews doesn't support rate manipuliations on a daily bases per room type. We would definitely need the option to adjust dependent rates the same way as you adjust the base rate.

  12. At this moment, it is not possible to send one confirmation to the guest/company that includes both hotel rooms and meeting rooms as they are two different bookable services.

    It would be great if one confirmation can be send that includes hotel rooms and meeting rooms.

  13. Change the name of out of service, out of service means can't be used in real terms but in mews means still for sale. Doesn't make any sense and too similar to out of order, both mean the same thing. Out of service should say minimal maintenance

  14. It is a real shame, that in your support email replies you cannot include at the bottom the initial requests which shows a detailed explanation of the issue submitted.
    So one has to always dig back to find out what one originally said in a previous email. With several tickets open this can get really confusing.
    I would highly recommend you change your system, so the full history of conversations is always on ONE ticket, including the original request.

  15. Duplicated reservations currently needs manual removal, to create automation to allow for bulk deletion of duplicated reservations.

    Dans la rubrique Assigner des chambres, serait-il possible de :
    D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
    Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
    Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambre

  18. Currently there is no ROB (Rooms On the Books) report available in mews. According to the support, the reservations report could be used. However, this report can in no way be used to make forecasting or analyses due to the terrible lay-out.

    So please provide a proper ROB-report as this is the standard in the hospitality.

  19. Often when guest book in advance we have to search all over the calendar which room are overbooked. When this happen, instead of spending time searching between 2 years, Mews could simply show which dates are overbooked so we could access it straight away

  20. For a checkout, when using a pre-authorization that was made with the EPT Terminal, the only way to notice it, is the file number attached, which can be easily missed, and should be colored in red.

    Also please display a pop-up:
    Warning: The pre-authorization you are trying to use was made with EPT Terminal. Please make sure to use the file number and debit there before confirmation.

    click "OK" or "Cancel"
