Availability report to show correct details
In the availability report, the colomn on the left with the roomtypes, should always show the total number of rooms that you have of this roomtype.
Indepent if a room is OOO or not. Rooms OOO should be treathed as occupied, ie. only affecting the availability per day in the rest of the columns.2 votes -

Optimize Bed Allcoation for Groups
Bed Allocation needs to be optimized in order for one guest profile/booking with several individual bed reservations (eg several beds within one room category) to be allocated in the same room instead of being separated into several rooms/floors. In a house with more than 80% of occupancy rate, there is no way to allocate guests in the same dorm.

rate changes by changing date
if you want to extent a made booking, the price will automaticaly change. Also if you have fixed rates for a customer group, it changes to the daily rate, which is extremely wrong and not helpful.

Add another default response when a room cannot be booked for one night but is available for multiople nights
Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

Split Commissions
As a property manager I would like to have the ability to associate multiple travel agents and their varying commissions with one reservation.

Cancellation Policy for stay Products
At the moment cancellation Policy for products on a rate group is determined by that products way it is consumed, so say for instance I want to charge the guest for only the first night room tax and breakfast, the breakfast still gets charged for every day of the stay if it is defined to be consumed nightly. this leads to much manual work for frontdesk to be able to charge the cancellation fee correctly.
A way for the products to be charged a cancellation fee "individually" according to that specific rate group seems the way to adjust this.4 votesHello from the Mews product team. Loyalty Program
When a guest recerve online the system automatically delte the internal classification "Loyalty Program". It will be great is the system keep all the internals classifications.

calendar events easier to find on menu bar + notes to add
it is not always easy to find access to input calendar events. is there a way you are able to add it to the drop down menu for either rates or reservations, or even timeline.
the only way i find it now is through burger menu, settings, services and then click back at the top left corner on the name of the property. seems a bit weird.plus it would be great if their could be a note field so that reservations know what rate, minimum stay, etc should be offered on those days

let housekeeping see if a to which child category a child belongs - e.g. bay, child or teen
Housekeeping needs the information whether a child belongs to one or the other child category - in our hotel baby, kid or teen - housekeeping prepares a crib for a baby, a small bed for a child and a special place for teens - so they cannot work with the actual submitted informations.

Simplify reservation screen
Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

Still possible to rebate without Rebate Items privilege
You can still rebate items without having the 'Rebate Items' privilege by canceling closed items or items that fall outside of EHW.
This privilege only restricts whether or not a user sees the rebate icon on a bill but does not fully restrict the ability to rebate.

It would be helpful if there was a little asterisk or something to indicate which fields are mandatory to fill in in order to complete a check-in

search messages
a search function in the messages would be very helpful - or being able to see whether a guest has sent a message through MEWS in their profile/reservation.
For example if a guest asks to cancel and a cancellation/no-show fee would apply it would he useful to be able to check whether and when they requested this.
The CTRL+F command is quite tedious to use because it requires to load also older message first, and that is not ideal.7 votesHello from the Mews product team. Minimalize a reservation
Option to minimalize a reservation (for example keep it in the right bottom of the timeline). It could allow you to continue with other tasks and than later on get back to the reservation/booking that you were working on. It could also be a reminder for yourself that you need to follow up on that certain reservation.

Add already created reservation to an availability block
If a reservation is made outside of the Availability Block for there to be a way to add it into the picked up reservations after the fact.
