  1. Matching the Manager report and Accounting report could be difficult as there is no option for a more granular view of the Manager report. Manager report should be expandable same as the Accounting report - have mode Grouped and Detailed so it can be drilled down to actual charges and bills.

  2. Properties should be able to customize their own origins as they may need to use more than the hardcoded ones, mainly for reporting purposes

Hello from the Mews product team. Unfortunately, this request does not align with the Mews product strategy and has not received the necessary upvotes to be added to the Mews development roadmap. Therefore it is unlikely to be delivered. Thank you for sharing your suggestions.

  3. Implement Timeline style arrows in the top left corner of the Reservation overview report for easy maneuvering between nearby dates.

    Hi Mewsers,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

The reservation overview report follows the standard Mews reporting format.

All reports follow a date selector style for date navigation. In order to keep report formats consistent is unlikely that date arrows will be added to the reservation overview report.

  4. We are desperately in need of a report that can show us our daily production by market segment. We should be able to extract a report to excel and manipulate the data to have a clear idea of what we are picking up for what dates and via what segment. This is a crucial part of any hotel who is looking to increase their revenues and mews is one of the few PMS systems i have ever worked with that does not have this basic report. All of the data is logged there and so why is there nothing we…

Due to the lack of information about this particular idea, moving its status to `unlikely` to happen. Thank you.

  6. Possibility to run product update for all reservations
The use case would be to cancel old city tax and add new one

In Mews Commander, VAT is posted on the nights or products. We don’t plan to connect VAT to payment types in the near future.

Our current EET integration reports all bill items. This gives properties more thorough VAT reporting.

If you’re still having troubling reporting VAT via the EET integration, could you explain why?

Your reply goes to my direct email address. I’m happy to take another look at this. :)
