Editing dates in new reservation screen
When you go to edit the dates you selected in the date selector of the new reservation screen it loads up the next 3 months first, even if the dates you'd previously selected were months in the future.
It would be useful if the date picker jumps to the area of the dates you had already selected as it's likely the new dates are going to be around those dates.

Chain Terms and Conditions
When updating HTML T&C, chains need to do it manually for each of the individual properties at this time.
Would be nice to be able to link all enterprises to the same T&C, so updates need to be done only once, and thus minimizing effort and possibility of errors.

History for messages
It would be nice to be able to email/share a thread with a guest when finished so that a guest e.g. has a proof of the conversation with an agent/property.

I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their

The Notifications Window Should show at least a name or booking number.
The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.

Split a big room into multiple smaller rooms
There is already an option in the "properties" tab to split a reservation over time after check in. Can we add the similar option for big rooms? So we have a 10 person room. When this is overbooked, I want to split it into a 4 and a 6 person room, with a simple "split room"option. Than we fill out the rates per room, or there is an option to take the old total costs and aply them to the new "split up" version according to number of guests. Meaning that 40% of the original costs go to the 4…

Assign a Product to a Room Category
It would be very handy to be able to assign a certain product to a room category.
For example, we have a room category that is dog-friendly and we charge a one off fee. I want the guests to have the option to select the product when making a booking but also restrict them from booking it in another room category.31 votesHi, thank you very much for the idea!

For example by configuration of a new property it is handy when you can export some configurations from an existing property and import this info in the new property.

Complex Hotkeys Customization
More complex hotkeys for example:
On the arrivals (ALT H) menu I should be able to set a hot that can take my mouse cursor to the "search". The reason being is that since the arrival list is not organised by alphabetical or by room number and have to resolve by doing a reservation search most of the time.
Also it will be good to toggle between the "filter" and "search" option with programmable hotkeys.

Ability to update full reservation price, not average/per night ADR
When updating reservation price it would be useful to be able to input full reservation price and not have to calculate average or nightly ADR. This is an unnecessary extra step which is both time consuming (especially for longer reservations) and not always accurate as adr sometimes needs to be adjusted for 1 night to get to the correct total number, the average doesn´t always work due to rounding.

Improve the identification of the hotel we are logged in (when working on more than 1 hotel)
When managing different hotels, it is hard to see on which hotel you are logged in. Everything is Black/White. The only thing to differentiate is the small logo on the right corner. (As our logos are also B/W, you have to look carefully). If we could set the whole background in a specific colour, we could differentiate more easily and avoid mistakes... The aim is above all to identify more clearly on which hotel you are logged in. The colour is just an idea.

Upload photos for each department and apartment or room
Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.
