Filter by cancellation reason in Reservation Report
To properly analyze all data coming in through Commander, properties may want to look specifically at canceled reservations. Within our reservation report, an additional filter for cancellation reason could provide some important insight into that information so that properties can easily view and analyze those details.
8 votesWe are very happy to announce, that you are now able to filter by cancellation reason in your reservation report!
How does it work?
Simply head over to your reservations report, select the filter “Canceled” > Under Status select “canceled” > Group by “Cancellation reason”.
You will now be able to see the reason reservations have been cancelled!

Optional `After check-in` and `After checkout` emails
Currently, you can enable or disable automatic sending of these emails. However, with this idea, you could specify to whom you would like or wouldn't like to send 'after start' and 'after end' emails

Mews Rate Scraper Integration
Competitor rates are very important as revenue managers consider how to set pricing for upcoming months. Improvement of scraped data could help with management processes as competitor pricing could be visible directly from the Rate Management Screen in Mews.

Scraping is often against the ToS of any platform and/or website, high maintenance and error prone. We recommend reviewing one of the top revenue management systems that we partner with in the Mews Marketplace who may offer similar solutions for your revenue managers.

Extend task widget to show count for tomorrow
Tasks to show a day in advance, In order to better plan operations ahead, would be beneficial to have tasks show already a day before, not only on the current day.

Import reservation state
Currently, it is not possible to import Optional bookings to Mews, which would create a lot of manual work adding those to your system. For this reason, it could helpful to add an additional column for
State, which could help differentiate betweenConfirmedandOptionalbookings. This new feature would not only add value to the import, but it could also creates a workaround to import allotments.7 votes -
