  5. For multi-property chains, a user would be able to switch whole reservation from hotel A to hotel B. (That could be a user management setting.) If we have overbookings and we could shift the whole reservation, that would save a lot of time and information like the guest's payment in hotel A would not get lost.

Automatic room assignment is available in properties, assigning either top to bottom or bottom to top, however for same day bookings that may have a limited amount of time before arrival, it is important that the system automatically recognize this so that they can be assigned to an inspected space. Smart space assignment could help identify any time-sensitive situations so that they are intuitively managed without any manual correction needed.

  7. In addition to fixed price adjustment, many properties would prefer to use a relative adjustment field, which would be used to adjust prices based on extra or empty beds. This setting could allow revenue managers more flexibility as they decide on pricing for each space or space category, particularly in case the number of guests does not exactly match the number of beds in the chosen space type.

  8. Some properties like to overbook their occupancy for specific occasions or in case of no shows. This, however, could cause some issues in case there are still any displaced bookings to accommodate on that overbooked date. For this reason, some properties would prefer to disable the option to overbook once availability has reached 0%, including stays that have already been overbooked. This will ensure a positive experience for all guests as it will guarantee that you will have a space for every booking that was made for your property.

  9. "Some employees may be a part of multiple departments and participate in multiple aspects of your operations. Currently in the system, however, it is not possible to add employees to multiple departments, which restricts their ability to be directly involved in some assignments or orders. With the option to add employees to multiple departments, this could eliminate some of this separation and allow your property to involve all the right people in all the right processes."

  11. With implementing automatic preauthorizations, there are many more opportunities to automate other payment processes. Within the Guests in house report, properties can check for customers that may still have an outstanding balance. Using this information, we can automatically create preauthorizations for any guests that have an open balance posted to their account. The preauthorizations can be created for a larger amount in case of additional expenses, however, please note that this feature would exclude customers that have a balance due to a future stay, as it would not be necessary for those guests.

  13. As guests book close to holiday seasons, this can make operations difficult for your property when you may already be low on staff members. With the addition of close to arrival and close to departure restrictions, you can easily specify those dates when you'd like to restrict either check-ins or checkouts.

  17. When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately
