Simplify the Housekeeping Room Assignment Process
It would be helpful to assign Housekeeping from a single space status screen versus room assignment screen. The drop down could show all available housekeeping and you could assign one or two directly onto this screen. Today, you have to use the assignment tool with has filters and is a bit awkward as you need to filter than assign a housekeeper then rooms. When you select and second housekeeper the same rooms show up as the first and you have to remember you have assigned them. Also, for some hotels, stayovers are assigned 20 minutes and full cleans are assigned 40 minutes. Therefore, you need to know how many rooms are stayovers and departure cleans. The first space status displays has this information and you can easily assign from this screen. We have to look a Departing and Departed filter to see which rooms need to be full clean and then change the filter to Stayover to see who are stayovers. Then remember all this to Assign Housekeeping to these rooms. Very complicated. It would be great to simplify the process.
