Privilege: Commander Application only
The Mews housekeeping application allows easy communication regarding the spaces being cleaned. However, unfortunately, if the application is being used by the housekeeping staff, those members also have access to the web interface, which includes reports and other sensitive information. Restricting this access could help protect your data and also give only information that is needed for each position.
Maybe to have two different privilege levels: Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping. Then it would be possible to include other requests regarding housekeeping, like only the Manager can mark as Inspected, generate report, etc and the basic Housekeeping privilege to be used only with Mews Commander App and no access to Web page.
we need to remove all payment reports, room price and ledger and all numbers access to housekeeping. There is no reason why they need to see this. It's a huge mistake. Please react quickly
We have recently added a feature called "View sensitive" reports which limits employees from accessing sensitive financial reports such as the Accounting, Manager, and Merchant Balance reports.
