  1. Currently the tasks doughnut on the dashboard displays pending & missed tasks of all assignee's & departments which can make it very confusing.

    Changing the doughnut to only show missed & pending tasks assigned to your or your department will make this doughnut more relevant. The tasks report should then also pre-load with the filters assigned to me or my department. I can then remove/change these filters if I want to see all or other departments/employees.

  2. I would like to be able to create a report which shows the number of nights stayed per company. Preferably all companies in one report. We use this to decide whether a company is still entitled to the agreed corporate rate or whether it needs to be adjusted because more or fewer nights have been booked than the year before.

  3. Persons arriving later to a unit than the already checked in people - cannot be added for only a part of the whole stay. Same with persons departing earlier than the other people of the same unit.
    Within in an apartement 2 people stay 2 nights 2 people stay 4 nights.

  5. Now, the automatic reminder and cancellation e-mails are send to the guest and not the booker. Even if the guest has no e-mail, the booker (or anybody else) does not receive an automatic reminder and cancellation. As we have a agreement with the booker and not with the guest, it should be the booker who must receive the automatic reminder and cancellations. Now, bookings are being canceled automatically (when not reconfirmed before the deadline), without notifying the booker, who did originally receive the confirmation. This is a major flaw of MEWS. The booker should receive automatic reminders and cancellations!

  6. Need to be able to print a proper summary booking

    -Total amount
    -Notes

    Display this information bed by bed
    Display total night per date

    Add button « Send by email »

  7. Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

  8. it would be good if you could update a task and re-instate it once closed. sometimes tasks have been closed but become relevant again at a later date and this would prevent having to create a new one, plus with updating the task description you have a better overview and history of what has happened with that particular booking in one click.

  9. Nowadays it's still not possible to edit a specific customer profile report (only per arrival day is available). The idea is to create a customer profile with specific filters (available in Internals>Classifications). For instance I would like the list of all the blacklisted customer profiles from an unspecified timeline.

  10. Please include a pop up note on the dashboard or send it as a message in MEWS for new same day arrivals/bookings created on the day for the day - to assist in preparation for arrivals. The channel manager emails are not sufficient and reliable enough to reach the right group of people.

  11. When filtering for "group by group" in the reservation report, it gives the total rate, revenue and comission. A total of the people would be great to have a quicker overview of all the reservations with more than one room/bed.

  15. The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

  19. Sometimes, staff is not made aware when a booking may be modified, which is frustrating as they may be forced to check their email more often than they would like. To help keep everyone informed, the system could automatically create tasks when a booking is modified to be processed by staff as they are received.
