  2. We are desperately in need of a report that can show us our daily production by market segment. We should be able to extract a report to excel and manipulate the data to have a clear idea of what we are picking up for what dates and via what segment. This is a crucial part of any hotel who is looking to increase their revenues and mews is one of the few PMS systems i have ever worked with that does not have this basic report.   3. The Mews Reservation report is one of the most flexible reports in the system, considering the number of items available for data comparison. While the report is in 'Totals' mode, the addition of a column for 'average length of stay' could provide another very useful criteria for future evaluation and planning.

  5. When you add a product to a reservation, you can enter a consumption time.
    If you work with shifts/meal times for instance, it would be nice to have the consumption time (hh:mm) in your product report.

  6. We would like to have in just one report all vacant rooms including clean, dirty, inspected, out of service or out of order, and also rooms that have been allocated to guests due to check in but are technically vacant without the need of printing every single report separately.

  7. We would like to schedule an export of the Manager Report for our Directors.

    However, the only option is to export to a spreadsheet. Ideally they need to see a clean PDF version with the same simple formatting that we can see on the MEWs page.

    i.e. can we please have an export format in PDF for the Manager Report, that matches the same onscreen formatting in MEWS, which we can schedule to send automatically to a selected Export Target?

  8. Regarding reservation report and tasks assigned to reservations, it would be very helpful to show these tasks on the reservation report. Something similar to reservation notes which are shown on this report.

  10. It would be very convenient to see in the report information about in what currency and how guests paid for certain products. Let's take breakfast for example:

    • How many breakfasts did the guests pay in cash in euros?
    • How many breakfasts did the guests pay in cash in CZK?
    • How many breakfasts did the guests pay with a credit card in euros?
    • How many breakfasts did the guests pay with a credit card in CZK?

    This will be useful for hotels in countries where multiple currencies are used.

  11. It would be great if you can see where the checked out reservations comes from. Maybe by selected in the column to the right. It makes it easier for us to send out the bills afterwards. Now you can selected customers notes and reservations notes.

  12. Reservation Report- add possibility of choosing which products should be included into this report. Some of products are not included into reservation revenue, especially for channels, for ex. breakfast can be included product and at the same time accommodation tax is an additional product not included into the price of reservation. The result- we are not able to see the actual revenue of all reservation received from channel and there is no other report where we can find revenue by channel/TA in MEWS.

  14. You should be able to see any roomnights on a "£0.00" rate from the management report. You should also be able to pull a "Zero Rate" report

  15. As new customers are added or new companions need to be entered on a reservation, legally required data is not clearly listed until opening the Customer Profile report, where you can see all missing details highlighted for completion. By adding Customer Profile Report adjustment, this could allow Mewsers to edit customer data directly in report fields, as well as add companion data by simply clicking on the empty fields.

  16. Can you guys separate the room number from the Booking number on the Departure screen, please. This will also help to support all those requests for HSK where I can see people have requested to show room numbers. As the departure list can be printed directly on a PDF. Thanks.

  17. Reservation Report and Guest in House reports show balances including future reservations. It would be good to have an option so the balance related to the reservation itself.

  19. The Mews reservation report has a lot of valuable information, including but not limited to company details that may be associated with bookings. However, as some companies are nested under a parent company, this may not provide all necessary details. An additional column to indicate these parent companies could help clarify all company data associated with your reservations.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    The reservation overview report follows the standard Mews reporting format.

    All reports follow a date selector style for date navigation. In order to keep report formats consistent is unlikely that date arrows will be added to the reservation overview report.
