  1. Change the amount of Guest on Kiosk

    The property may need to ensure that all guests' information is filled during check-in due to regional requirements. Due to that, should any plans change from reservation creation to check-in regarding guest count, guests can't successfully check in if they initially booked for 2 people but only 1 person was able to show up.

    Make it possible to change occupation (guest count) on the kiosk last minute.

  2. Make space occupancy age depended

    Guest book a room online for 2 adults in a room where we can accommodate 2 adults maximum. But the guest check in with a baby. And we want to adjust the occupancy of the room to 2 Adults and 1 Baby. This is needed for the security of the guest in case of e.g. a fire. It is essential that we know how many people are in the hotel and how many are in a certain room. If we change the maximum occupancy to 3 this would mean guest can book the room for 3 adults.   3. Automatically delete digital registration cards after X years according to local data storage laws

    In some countries, it is a legal requirement to save the registration card for X number of years and to delete these after a certain time. Currently this can only be done manually, one by one. Please automate the data deletion according to local laws.
