  4. New search criteria to find and add Companies by the Tax Identifier.
    Example: Creating reservation and adding company by the tax identifier instead of the name.

  5. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORMS WITHOUT ANY COMPLICATIONS:

    Would be quicker & easire if when creating a new booking for a return guest, who has checked out then checked back in on the same day, but 2 different bookings.

  7. When we do housekeeping list, we have 2 main different bookings, which can only be categorized by segment, that would allow us to make the list faster and avoid the confusion between different segment bookings

  8. They want to have personalised vouchers attached to the customer and not the rate. So they could make an individual code that will give special prices for the rates or products for the specific customer

  9. It could be useful to have a search bar within the left panel, so that we can jump to the right section directly, instead of clicking through the various path to get somewhere specific.

  10. If one got more then 3 converstaions ongoign in help center with you Mews guys it is really difficult to find the topic one would further communicate in. Something like a title or such would be very helpful.

  12. I need that somehow the personal ID number appears in invoices to any person when they request it under personal name. These can be donde "manually", but if in the profile, once you fulfill the id number appears as well in tax identifier gap, will save time to us.

  16. In case of Spain, we must introduce the data of the customer to send it every day to the police. We have an issue, the check in process is too long and many times hapend that not all customer's data is correctly introduced to the profile... Then the police report is not complete and the report can not be sent.
    Would be nice to can not save the data or finish the check in if the data is not completed.
    A good option would be to mark in red or with a * the necessary data this way when you…

  18. Delay or even cancel the pop-ups on Occupancy and Availability screens. They are incredibaly anoying when you are trying to look at data, and they constantly pop-up or down above, below when you hoover over your availability and occupancy screen.

    Please make sure there is a small delay, i.e. when you stopt for 0,5 seconds that it pops up.

    We are currently migrating from the old Occupancy and Availability screen to a new version that does not use pop -ups. As such, this request has been marked as unlikely to be developed.

  19. In many countries, there are multiple official languages, meaning that nationality cannot reliably be used to determine a guest's preferred language for communication. A field for default communication language could then be added to customer profile to ensure consistency in all correspondence and also to prevent guests from receiving messages that they don't understand.
