  5. It would be great to extend the use of the message app also to non-guests. A link/button for on our website and in the regular e-mails, would be great.

  6. We zouden graag zien dat een DELUXE kamer of een Urban EXTRA kamer niet geupgrade kan worden naar een triple. Dit is namelijk nooit een upgrade want deze type kamers zijn ruimer en daar betalen mensen voor.

  7. Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.

  8. The diagram of status on SPACES shows only counting of 4 separate categories, in our case on a certain date:
    72 Dirty
    23 Clean
    99 Inspected
    2 Out of Service
    However on this particular date the number of OUT OF ORDER is 5, which is more than the 2 Out of service.
    This information is not now not on the dashboard because? (font size to large to fit in the diagram, or is the Diagram too small to show everything? I think it is important that we see also the 5 (!) in the diagram

  9. We have two 4-persons private rooms. During the week, we have more request for 2-pers rooms. Is the following possible:

    Making a room 1a and 1b. Room 1a is e.g. the 4-pers room, 1b is the 2-pers room. If room 1a is booked, that room 1b will automatically be closed and the other way around. So the price for room 1a is based on 4-persons and the price of room 1b is based on 2-persons. The possibility to close one of the rooms yourself in advance should still apply of course to manage your rates & availability as efficient as…

    Hello Marion,

    Actually, you can already do most of this. One way is to make the 4-person room (room 1), a parent of the 2-person room (room 1a). Then, when one of them is booked the other will not be available either.

    You can also create a separate space category for room 1a, so you can manage its availability via restrictions separately from the other 2-person rooms. This way, you can even set a slightly higher price for it.

    What we would not do is have 2 otherwise unrelated spaces and have availability of one depend on the availability of the other.

  13. Sometimes is crucial for us, to improve time assistance, to have a button action to just print out all invoice that belongs to a guest profile, like a summary without having to print one by one separately.

  14. Sometimes a guest fill out his CC details in another profile and the holder name is different. In order to have to correct informations, it would be good to move a CC number in another guest profile.

  15. In terms of security it would make sense to hide the credentials of the FTP export target. Furthermore it would make sense to add the protocol to the URL field (i.e default value ftp://ftp.***.***).

  16. If the automatic settlement fails for one reservations for whatever reason, it would be great to have an automatic posting of cancellation fee on the billing.

  17. We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

  18. report with statistics per month/period, with per nationality stayed in the hotel: 1. the amount of guests checked out, 2. The number of room/nights stayed (at the bottom the totals per month/period, for each)
