Tasks to show a day in advance, In order to better plan operations ahead, would be beneficial to have tasks show already a day before, not only on the current day.

If no department assigned to task - assign it to creator
If no department is selected when creating a task, it should assigned to the user who created the task.

Applying Discounts on the fly from the NRS
Being able to apply discounts on the fly from the New Reservation Screen with different rates based on the service. Example: 15% on Accommodation, 5% on F&B ... Revenues need to be reflected accordingly per Accounting category.

Extend Action log with the time it takes to complete a check in
I would like to see how long it takes my reception staff to do a check in. If the activity log showed the time from a reservation opened to the time they check it in.

Turn off notification sounds

edit daily rate and change room number for options
Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.
Also, we can never change room allocation if the booking is an option.2 votes -
registration card
choose where you would like to print the text on the reg card (currently on the right hand margin and most guests read from left to right rather than right to left).

Thank you for sharing your feedback. All headers on registration cards are left aligned, whereas free text fields added to the registration cards are right aligned during printing.
The reason the alignment is set this way, is to allow our uses and guests to easily see when text (such as a name or email for example) has been added to the registration card rather than having all the text stacked. The additional white space on left is added to allow users to write additional text without obstructing the original format.
The current format has been selected for ease of use. It is therefore unlikely that it will be adjusted in the near future.

Als Hotel wir bräuchten ein option die Gutschein zu erstellen und lösen in Mews wie in Inkentoo System Kassen. Sehr wichtig für die Buchaltung
