  1. it would be good if certain words or phrases could be highlighted in a task or made to bold font so that it stands out in the message.
    Especially important as tasks can not be linked to an arrival or departure date or set up as a recurring task (i.e. every week on a monday)

  3. To choose between the options "check out balanced bills" and "check out with unbalanced bill" you have to set the check mark. As the check marks will be set by clickling somewhere in the whole line, it's very easy to set the wrong check mark by accident. The check mark should be set only by clickling directly on the check mark box.

    It is unlikely that we will permit the ability to check more than one reservation in a room at one time as this action would be prone to inconsistent reporting in Mews as well as your distribution channels.

  6. why we can not have like rate and availability directly on the dashboard with a click by default on the dashboard displaying the rate and availability.
    which makes the work more easier and fast

  7. We are using Mews primarily from an iPad. Because mobile support hasn't been fully added yet, it means that we have about 1/6 of the top of the screen permanently showing controls.

    However, simply adding the code below will allow us to save Mews as a Web App, and if we save it to link to the home screen, opening it from there will display Mews with limited control.

    In the long run, maybe make sure that Mews is a PWA can also do it. Here's some great examples:

  9. Would be great if you could create a Queue Booking system.
    In order to easely identify guest that have made the admin paperwork however their room wasn't ready.
    Help HSK to prioritize the cleaning . Help the Front office team to identify customer when thei are returning.

    MAKE A LAYMAN LANGUAGE TO EXPLAIN THE THINGS AS NOT ALL OF THE REPRESENTATIVE ARE INTO THE MODERN SYSTEM....

    KEEP THE NOTES WHERE A FRONT DESK DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCESS TO IT SO THAT WE KNOW ITS GONNA BE HANDLE BY THE MANAGER..

    IT SIMPLY DOES NOT SHOW ANYTHING IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE ACCESS TO IT?? IT MAKES MORE CONFUSING....

  11. For properties that wish to automate their guest's journey during check-in, they need Mews to be able to send out trigger when a guest completes their online check-in. Based on this, their door lock integrations could send the guest access code to their room. We should also be able to receive back information that the guest entered the room which can then change the reservation from online check-in to checked-in. This is in case that they have technology in place that recognizes when someone enters the room.

  12. Als Hotel wir bräuchten ein option die Gutschein zu erstellen und lösen in Mews wie in Inkentoo System Kassen. Sehr wichtig für die Buchaltung

    As a hotel we would need an option to create the voucher and solve it in Mews as in Inkentoo system cash registers. Very important for accounting

  13. It would be great to only have to select a desired check-in date, or "start date" and then have the check-out or "end date" auto fill as a 7-10 spread and default to showing Net Values instead of Gross.

  14. It would be great when we are able to choose if we want to change the price per night with or without products. (we prefer without, but that has changed, probably for a good reason, to being able to choose would be fantastic.)

  15. Send an automated email notification to make reservations aware there is a guest message waiting. This would save the team having to check MEWS messenger as well as emails.

  17. Als gasten zelf hun optionele boeking definitief maken krijgen wij hier geen melding van.

    Maar wij moeten hier soms nog acties op ondernemen zoals bijvoorbeeld een diner inboeken als ze een arrangement gereserveerd hebben.
    Wij willen daarom graag een mail ontvangen op het moment dat een gast een optie zelfstandig definitief maakt.

  18. Some products are being used in stay but are also used in service.
    For example we have rental bikes that are booked in advance, but are also rented out by guests from outside the hotel. They don't have a booking with us, we book this on a paymaster but have to recreate the products we already have with the stay products. It would be great if we van connect or copy them in some way. Or make them available in the billing screen aswell.
