  1. Add a privilege to control who is able to revert cancelled reservations so that some users are able to revert cancelled reservations outside of the occupancy interval without having to adjust the occupancy interval setting.

  2. It would be really great if we could quickly add notes to a booking from the timeline, in the side panel that opens when you click on a reservation.

    Now, to add a note you have to click once to view the details, once on Manage, then in Properties and scroll down to add notes.

  3. Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

  5. Is there a way to move one or more bookings from one group to either a new one or another already excising group?
    merge doesn't work as it somehow moves ALL the group bookings even if you only have ticked those that you need to move.
    if not possible, could it be made possible please as sometimes you add a booking by mistake and now you need to cancel it and make again. if the guest is already in-house, that is of course not an option!

  6. possibility to add a pop up alert on check out screen for very important notes for example :

  7. de optie om een Company Voucher in het boekingscherm in te vullen is door MEWS weggehaald. Nu kan er alleen nog Public Voucher genoteerd worden. Wij gebruiken veel Company Vouchers dus deze graag terugplaatsen

  8. Da wir viele Produkte haben müssen diese übersichtlicher sein.
    Aktuell kann nicht angewählt werden wie viele von diesen Produkten gebucht werden möchten. Das heisst: wenn jemand zwei Hunde mitnimmt, muss ein extra Produkt erfasst werden mit 2 Hunde. Es kann nicht die Anzahl vom Produkt 1 Hund auf 2 erhöht werden. Jede Anzahl braucht ein einzelnes Produkt.
    1x ein Hund – 1x zwei Hunde. Dasselbe ist mit den Tickets, die wir verkaufen.
    Der Wunsch ist, dass der Gast das Produkt Hund anwählen kann und dann manuell mit einer Zahleingabe auswählen kann wie viele Hunde er mitnimmt.

  11. It is a great feature that we can set dynamic pricing but on the product overview screen there is no indication that a price has been overridden, making this impossible to track and monitor.

Right now it is neccessary to select a employee to a Supervisor once at a time, but when there is a new supervisor, for example a duty- or hotelmanager, it is better to select all employees you want to move and move them all in one go. It takes a lot of time to move all housekeeping/FO/F&B to a new supervisor and it would be way easier to have control when you are able to select more employees all at once.

  15. Ik zou graag een overzichtslijst willen hebben waarop ik kan zien welke kamers gekoppeld zijn/als groep geboekt hebben. Of een koppelteken bij deze kamers in de tijdlijn.
    Nu is het moeilijk om te zien of meerdere kamers bij elkaar horen. Dit is voor ons weer belangrijk om voor het diner of ontbijt te kijken hoeveel grote tafels we moeten indekken/hoeveel 4/6/8 persoons tafels we moeten indekken

  17. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

  18. Changing the colour from light grey to dark grey when a guest checks in is ok. but being able to assign colours to reservations to be able to see clearly groups, certain OTA bookings etc
