  4. Please include a pop up note on the dashboard or send it as a message in MEWS for new same day arrivals/bookings created on the day for the day - to assist in preparation for arrivals. The channel manager emails are not sufficient and reliable enough to reach the right group of people.

  5. This one is for the developers.

    We have group of between 200 and 300 reservations spread out over 10 days in september. When you load one of the reservations the other 200+ are also loaded.

    This makes every action (checkin, checkout, open bill, close bill yadayada) you need to take is very very slow.

    I suspect the list is loaded synchronously. Maybe it helps if the reservation is loaded asynchronously. I only care about this 1 reservation not about the 200+ others...

    This reservation for example is part of a large group.

  7. On smartphones, the extended version of the reservation module is not visible. By "extended version of the reservation module", I mean the right hand side when you open a reservation in Commander. It would be nice to be able to see it on mobile as well.

  8. In order to start a reservation office for the several hotels in one destination, we would like to see and compare voucher rates of all hotels to offer the guest the best fitting room.
    That would work, as soon as we have the possibility to put in the voucher in the reservation screen before we choose the hotel from one destination.

  9. When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
    In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

  11. NR Bookings made via booking.com with different guestnames are not taken over in Mews. If you do yourself, and delete bookers name, payment information dissapears. How to implement other name in single room without changing payment info?

  12. We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.

  13. end of day should not be mandatory 12pm. Some guests arrive after 12pm - will be automatically noshow on that day. Further, it is not logic to book f&b products on another day, when the main day of the event is the prior one. This distorts heavily statistics

  17. If you want to know, what or how many reservation were coming in today, you have to go through reports and filter by creation date etc., which is very complicated for just having a live update, especially in high demand days like fairs.
    It would be more convenient if you could put an extra button on the dashboard under reservations like "update reservation". So that it is also possible to check this from outside or if you just want to have a quick check for the day.

  18. When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
