Hotels should be able to further customize email communication from Mews. Be able to schedule the emails, decide on the target group of guests (by segment, rate type, space type, origin of reservation, classification, etc), create custom emails. Right now the emailing function is limiting and hotel can only choose limited amounts of templates and outside of customizing the content, they can't customize anything else.39 votes
Now, it is impossible to print or send a proforma if booking is not confirmed
To send a proforma for optional booking we have to confirm the reservation then delete it and re-create the booking as optional.

Thank you for the feedback, do you currently make use of reservation report exports? They would allow you to view a preset version of your reservation report in you mailbox on an hourly, daily or weekly basis depending on your preference.

At this moment booking confirmations are sent automatically by the system, you can not change it to a pdf file.13 votes

To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date, so one could know the exact Space Status (Dirty/OOS/Inspected) on a certain date in the past.
Right now, if one changes the date on the Space Status Report, it will pop up today´s info.8 votes

We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.100 votes

When we receive a booking from our PMS, a new profile is automatically created. However if we had already blacklisted a profile with the same name, we must think about merging both profile. The idea would be if there is at least one common information (email adress, phone number, CC details), Mews should send us a notification to check if this is the same guest or not, and then we decide to blackist or not with a link available in the email notification.185 votes

Order spaces within the Space category in the timeline.
At the moment, we can't order bedrooms as we wish in the timeline.
Depending on the location of the bedroom in the building, it makes more sense to have it in a certain order.

We need a holding space at the bottom or top of the Reservation Calendar view that we can use when moving bookings around (tetris). EG people want to be in the same room and we have to move another booking for this to happen it is impossible to move them without going in and out of the booking profiles and then they end up in the wrong category . if we have the holding space you can move them around with out making any changes other than room/bed number.35 votes
