  5. Now, the automatic reminder and cancellation e-mails are send to the guest and not the booker. Even if the guest has no e-mail, the booker (or anybody else) does not receive an automatic reminder and cancellation. As we have a agreement with the booker and not with the guest, it should be the booker who must receive the automatic reminder and cancellations. Now, bookings are being canceled automatically (when not reconfirmed before the deadline), without notifying the booker, who did originally receive the confirmation. This is a major flaw of MEWS. The booker should receive automatic reminders and cancellations!

  6. Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

  9. When searching for a guest in the search bar, it would be nice if the guest with that name that is already in house would appear on top, instead of scrolling through the list to find the guest that is in front of you.

  10. The printable registration form is not user friendly. Guest wich use my own designed registration form are much faster. im sure its easy to make it more user friendly.

  11. It would be great that we could set a ring/bell signal for some urgent tasks, like for: Late check out, wake-up call, any other urgent task. So you hear that something urgent needs to be done, also when you do not look at the desktop screen.

  13. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...
    Actuellement, il faut attendre de regarder la résa sur "gérer" pour s'apercevoir que le client est black listé.

    The order of the rates in the reservation screen cannot be customized/ changed.

    The ordering in the rate settings refers to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they don't refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen.

    Solution:
    The ordering in the rate settings should not only refer to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they should refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen as well.
