The way we upload photos today in space categories is... archaic. One photo at a time, no tags, no way to describe the photo. The way you move photos order is also not efficient.
For a company like ours who has sometimes 50 photos per chalet, it's a nightmare :)
Please build a real "media section", where you can upload as many photos / videos as you want in one time. You could add tags and description for each photo / video.2 votes

For properties that do not have 24/7 coverage it would be nice to activate an automatic reply for the messages to mention e.g. that the property will reply within 12hrs or the next day.17 votes

There is already an option in the "properties" tab to split a reservation over time after check in. Can we add the similar option for big rooms? So we have a 10 person room. When this is overbooked, I want to split it into a 4 and a 6 person room, with a simple "split room"option. Than we fill out the rates per room, or there is an option to take the old total costs and aply them to the new "split up" version according to number of guests. Meaning that 40% of the original costs go to the 4 person room and 60% go to the 6 person room. However, this should be done before check in, so as to get rid of the overbooking as soon as possible.

The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.11 votes

By default its set to highest number of users, while our business services predominantly 1 persons in dorm types.
We notice many wrong bookings are made, since its set by default on 1.

I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their36 votes

We notice that, if we receive a booking by the Distributor, in wich the payer/booker is different from the guest, there is no credit card icon shown in the main screen (and also not on the reservation report). In this case, I think it would be more clear, if the credit card icon shows in the main reservation screen, next to the booker or next to the payment card line.20 votes

When updating HTML T&C, chains need to do it manually for each of the individual properties at this time.
Would be nice to be able to link all enterprises to the same T&C, so updates need to be done only once, and thus minimizing effort and possibility of errors.1 vote
Would be great if we can lock certain company profiles.
So we can ensure its not overridden. Some integrating parties use these, and when deleted integrations may break. Also in certain countries specific fields are required. Would be great if we could also lock these for modification such as VAT fields/ Code fisc. etc.1 vote
Thank your feedback, removing an integration will not delete any information in the PMS unless deletion is requested to the integrated system.
Are you able to provide us as with more information as to the types of integrations you are concerned are overriding the fields you have mentioned?

For example by configuration of a new property it is handy when you can export some configurations from an existing property and import this info in the new property.
More complex hotkeys for example:
On the arrivals (ALT H) menu I should be able to set a hot that can take my mouse cursor to the "search". The reason being is that since the arrival list is not organised by alphabetical or by room number and have to resolve by doing a reservation search most of the time.
Also it will be good to toggle between the "filter" and "search" option with programmable hotkeys.8 votes
Currently you can book adults or children into a space. However, particularly in hostels, some rooms aren't suitable for children. eg. you shouldn't be allowed to book a 10 year old into our 28 bed dorm on their own.14 votes
