    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.

    All required fields in the PMS are based on legal requirements. It is unlikely that we will allow the modification of required fields, or the addition of mandatory fields that do no meet legal standards in each region in the near future.

However, you can retrieve this data from the exported version of Reservations report. To add marketing consent to guest profile, please follow this guide.

    Hello from the Mews product team. Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered. We will need to do a thorough discovery on how it will affect prices and taxes for our clients globally and rethink how our system may have to be changed under the hood to accommodate this change.     pre-checked boxes for marketing updates do not constitute valid consent under GDPR. Implementing this option would unfortunately conflict with the law.
