Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. Hi, I do very much agree - with or without Covid-19!
Very often on phone or mail you agree on a per night rate, and we all hope that guest extend their stay. It is now a nightmare to make sure guest has the same price also the extra night(s).

I read now comments and suggestions going back more than 2 years relating to children.
PLEASE MEWS, get a hold on children issues. Every hotel is in a different location with different rules regarding children (distributor, statistics, tourist taxes, extra bed costs, meals, breakfast, etc). So please just give us hotels the possibility to have about 3 types of children ages or other solution, but please a solutions. Never had to many discussions about children cost as this summer. Not one single guests understands why booking directly with us children have to pay the full tourist tax while when reserving via booking.com the count is done correctly.

This is very important. Each e-mail which goes to guests, we need a trace and a e-mail copy.
Since e-mails are going out with each hotels defined e-mail address, would it be possible to automatically make a blind copy (bcc) to another e-mail a hotel can setup ?

At present when printing or e-mailing a bill, most people and companies do not need titles in their names. No need to have a title called "Company", no need to have a title called Address, no need to have any title.
On other comments I read address on left or right: each hotel and country has its usual layout, so a choice would be nice.
The column created is absolutely unnecessary as I have never seen a guest asking for it. Important is the date when a service was posted.

even worse. we noticed that if the hotel previously did give an upgrade to a better room, when extending the stay, mews reverts the old and the new reservation to the old category, thus chaning an in house guest to a completely new room the guest has never seen.
We are always very scared to extend a stay as we never know were mews will move the "new" stay to.
