We are very happy to inform you that your request to automatically assign guests to their favourite room is ready and available for your use.
Head over to a customers profile and, select the “internals” tab then click on “Preferred space features” to mark the preferences for your loyal guests.
Tip: Make sure that you have space features setup to ensure that the guests are automatically assigned to the correct room.

Hello from the Mews product team. Unfortunately, we are not going to work on this request in short coming. Though we might in a longer term. If it is the case, we would re-open the opportunity.

Our property is in dutch but we have countless foreign costumers. Furthermore for obvious reasons we cannot provide an invoice to client in language he does not understand.
If all the client information is filled in including country of origin and native language.I believe it would be quite simple to fix this.Amândio Vilela supported this idea · -

With Multiple notes, all notes that you are taking on your guest will be added to the merged profile.

Now you can add special events or notes in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Timeline & Rate Management screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

Hi there, this function could be very useful! However it's still not very practical. The options we can choose are very limited... Some guests want rooms at the back of the hotel for example. So how about "quiet room" or "mountain view" that's also not available. Better yet what if we could change this designations in our system to adapt them to our property?
Even if this system is improved, ideally we should still be able to choose a specific room number(s) for the guest instead of just features.
