Now you can add calendar events in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Rate Management & Timeline screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

Hello Mewsers!
We are very happy to inform you that your request to automatically assign guests to their favourite room is ready and available for your use.
Head over to a customers profile and, select the “internals” tab then click on “Preferred space features” to mark the preferences for your loyal guests.
Tip: Make sure that you have space features setup to ensure that the guests are automatically assigned to the correct room.

Hi Mewsers!
You can now disable the QR code from all guest-facing emails through the Settings.To do so, please navigate to Settings > Services > Stay > Options and make sure that you don’t have “Enable QR code in emails” option selected.
If the option is disabled, placeholder in the body email is ignored and won’t be shown in the email body, neither the QR code attachment.

Hi Mewsers!
We have template called “Before start” which is automatically sent 48 hours before the guest’s arrival.This template is partially customizable. You can customize Subject, Headline, and Paragraph. (please see the attachment)

Hi Mewsers,
we just enabled the partial customization of the Before start email which is sent 48 hours before guest’s arrival.You can now add personalized details, such as specific arrival information or keep guests informed on your social distancing policies and encourage them to check in online.

including specific room numbers would be great. We have lots of returning guests that will only stay in a specific room number.

Are you able to share a few more use cases with regards to how you currently, or would prefer to report on emails?

Hello everyone,
Thanks for the feedback.
The reason for us holding the 7 days preauthorization is because the usual time frame for holding a pre-authorization before either capture or releasing of the funds can range between 7-14 days from time of processing the pre-auth. Also, the time the pre-authorization is held prior to capture is up to the issuing bank to determine and it’s at the total discretion of the issuing bank, unfortunately.
But I am moving the feedback to the level of the “idea to upvote” and keeping it open for any additional upvote, discussion, or add on you might have!

we have our own VIP program with and can't use MEWS to manage this, so adds manual work.
