Hi Mewsers,
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

AnetaAn error occurred while saving the comment Dorothy Roland commentedAutomating sending bills would certainly remove some of the manual steps for the front desk and it would greatly complement the Check Out Report.
However, It would also be prudent to offer this feature as an option rather than default. Especially for those properties dealing with a lot of OTA confidential/contracted rates. This can ensure we consider that every guest is eligible for automatic bill sending.

Review of Mews Search starting and in exploration phase
An error occurred while saving the comment Dorothy Roland commentedAdditionally, it would be nice to have a column indicating the source where the bill/invoice was finally closed (Mews Operations VS Guest Services/Online Check Out). This will help to identify quickly the names under the closed timestamp and remove any doubt whether it is staff or guests.

Additionally, We should also create the possibility to further manage rates with a report that can be filtered by Segment, Type, from low to high pricing, and the type of voucher attached.
For example, if deleting a segment and you have many rates, it can take quite a long process to go through the rates and figure out which one still has that segment. Reservation Reports can only be useful up to certain point.
