    Very important to be able to customize this list be removing and adding. Many of the listed features we do not have as features at our property. (As well "Disabled Person" is not an appropriate term)

    Thank you for your feedback.

    It is unlikely that we will be working on creating new report, however currently there is a way to check credit limit of the pre-authorized amounts for guests that are staying at the hotel. And that is, the Guest-in-house report. Sharing the read about it, in order to see the balances, in display options tick off the box “Balance” (https://help.mews.com/s/article/guests-in-house-report?language=en_US).

    I am more curious what would help you to enhance that report. Feel free to drop a comment or create a new idea of the current problem you’re facing while using the aforementioned report.

    We've just joined Mews and wasn't even aware of this. Scary thought to be honest. We definitely would like to set a maximum reservation number at which time it would become a group booking with different T&C. The risk to the Hotel is incredible otherwise.

    Hi Mewsers!
    You can now disable the QR code from all guest-facing emails through the Settings.

    To do so, please navigate to Settings > Services > Stay > Options and make sure that you don’t have “Enable QR code in emails” option selected.

    If the option is disabled, placeholder in the body email is ignored and won’t be shown in the email body, neither the QR code attachment.

    Yes please make the QR code optional for all emails. We do not use the Kiosk or QR codes and it is confusing to our guests. They do not understand that it is a software issue and not a Hotel issue and reflects poorly on us.

    Now you can actually see all the preview of emails within the customization of emails.

    This is especially useful when you are setting up your account initially and do not have current reservations to test.
    Once you have reservations, it is inefficient to go in and out of the window where you are working on the template to have to find a reservation to test it out on. This is a typical standard.

    I agree for an option to opt out. We are looking to add a more robust SMS feature via the Marketplace and were told that there is no way to turn off or have the Mews generated chats pushed to our purchased SMS platform. This provides too many channels and confusion for both guests and staff.

    Yes please additional ways to filter. I was so surprised by no filter options. By ROOM NUMBER would be ideal please!
