Guest Segment Reporting by State/Province
This idea is about extending guest segmentation in Manager Analytics.
The North American market needs to be able to report not only by country but also by state/province/city.
This will allow for greater insight into which markets produce and allow for more targeted marketing to a specific region.
This takes into consideration the regional differences such as holidays.

There is no picked vs. unpicked status within confirmed group reservations.
This is a pain when creating your forecasts, and predicting your unexpected wash of a group block.

Pickup of Cancellations
It would be great to have overview of „negative“ pick-Ups, so cancellations in the Pick Up Analytics tool. Even on the Dashboard, so you have a perfect overview of positive (bookings) and negative (cancellation) pick ups. As a reference: Pace is doing it in their pick up report

FINANCIAL ANALYTICS -> FILTER BY ASSIGNED SPACE
Add filter option by "Assigned Space" to the Financial Analytics dashboard (and why not also to Manager Analytics dashboard).
For property managers, it is a crucial feature as filtering out financial data on a property level is key. And for property managers, an Assigned space = A property. And I can bet you will get more and more property managers as clients :)
For hotels, this allows to track metrics on a room level.
As the data is readily available in the database it shouldn't be difficult to implement, it's just a PowerBI set up.

Cancellations Forecasting
Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...
1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.
2) filter by day of week to find trends based on which days of the week do we receive more cancellations, or which days of the week are most impacted by cancellations (day of…3 votes -
Allow On the books (OTB) comparisons in Mews Analytics
Ability to compare with what was OTB at the same point in time for the previous year. The report should show OTB Year, OTB Year-1 and then result Year for all months.

Occupancy percentage in Manager Analytics
In Manager Analytics when selecting a specific Space Category type, the occupancy percentage will be shown based on the total number of rooms within this category only.
Is it possible to implement a way to see the occupancy of the selected category based on the total number of rooms in the property?
This is useful for hotels to calculate the RevPar afterward.

Scheduled exports in Mews Analytics
This idea is to allow users of Mews Analytics to schedule exports of Analytics e.g. on daily bases in the form of image, PowerPoint or PDF. For delivering the exported files, we could use the same workflow as for scheduled export of other reports in Mews.
This could also work as a workaround to provide insights to people without Mews account.

With the growth in workspace offices or offices that rent out work space there could be an opportunity to collaborate or synergies technology to help fill these spaces. Especially with the growth in people working from home the next BIG thing will be rent an office space for individuals and small business.

Mews Analytics - Customer Lifetime Value
Hotel and Hostel chains wish to see the complete history of items the guest has purchased across the chain. Implement a dashboard where you can see the total revenue one customer has generated so we can reward our most high valued guests.

Mews Analytics: Top 100 Company report by hotel
The "bookings" section of the Manager analytics is already great. We should however break down the time units and add in months, e.g "Company A" has produced 50 room nights in August 2020 compared to 40 roomnights in July 2020. Custom periods are amazing but breaking it down into months will help the user experience (less clicks) - especially the Sales department.

Reservation Report filtered by: Group by Customer's Country address
These filter does not provide enough detail to inform you where your guest's are arriving from.
It would be very helpful to have the Reservation Report include the City and Country details for the guest. Where the guests are from can often be a conversation starter for the front desk staff, especially if they have travel experience/knowledge.
Also, at this time of COVID, it is also helpful to know if the guest is from a locked down or red zone area.
Suggestion: Have the City and Country fields from the Customer Profile display on the Reservation Report.1 vote -
Mews Analytics : Shortcuts on all analytic pages
If you are in Management analytics and you want to go to Pickup Analytics, you need to go via the burger menu again and select Pickup + ReEnter the Filter on all pages. It would be nice to have shortcuts on the screen to switch to all analytics keeping the'Filter on all pages'

Show pickup by created time, not just date
I would like to see what my pickup was at a specific reservation creation time not just date. This allows me to see what was on the books yesterday rather than just today.

Marketing Data should be able to be pulled by overlapping
At the moment you can only report by reservation created date. I want to look at guests in house within a month. eg - the overlapping filter on normal reports. Because when it is created date, those guests could be any date in the future
