Channel: mapping once products
It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered due to technical complications. However, we do agree that this is important to package once products, so we will continue to think about the best solution.
This article (https://help.mews.com/s/article/products-and-channel-manager?language=en_US) explains why it's not possible to map products once or per stay. As a workaround, we can sugges to map such products directly in the channel manager extranet, so they can be booked as an add-on by guest, while making a reservation.

I completely agree. Due to the fact that you cannot post a product for once per stay we needed to create double the amount of products just to be able to load a package trough our Channel Manager.
It would save a lot of time and confusion by giving the same options in the Marketplace / CM as in MEW Products

If Mews offers 'charge once' option in Stay settings it should be available in MarketPlace/SiteMinder. It makes it impossible to upload the package that is inclusive of such a product to channel manager in order to be sold via OTA's which is far from perfect!
