Operator & Online Check In / Company address
It would be helpful, if the guests could fill out their company address directly at check in (registration form) with the mews operator.

Option to integrate external payment terminal
As mews terminals are not available in all countries it is very important for us to arrange payment during check-in process with Kiosk please allow other external payment terminal integrations with mews/kiosk

After Upgrade no more automatic change of rooms from Mews after extentions
After the last upgrade of mews. It is not possible to extend an upgraded person in the upgraded category as Mews moves the booking to the originally booked room (regardless if blocked or not )

PIN CODE field in Mews
It would be neat if the guests were able to check in on the kiosk and get their pin code there.

Payments Operator
Would it be possible to charge or show the guests only the amount of the current stay. This is specially a request for the Mews Operator. The guests shouldn´t see any old or future payments.

Faster passport scanning FASTER check-in!
Recently Mews released the "MewsPassportScan" the feature is great! but we feel like its incomplete, if you have used it before, you will agree.
The feature allows you to scan the guests passport with the webcam of the computer, this then populates the passport fields with one click making the process way smoother, HOWEVER!!!!
If you have more than one attendant on a booking this feature flaws massively, as you have to create individual user profiles for the additional guests ONE BY ONE!
This means that from 1 click one guest, it turns in to 8 clicks per guest profile.…16 votes -

Guests can only type their name in Latin alphabet in MEWS operator
At present, we can only type Latin alphabet in MEWS operator, so it is difficult for guests who use non apohabetic lunguages to find out their reservaion.

Adding an email-placeholder for room number
Currently, with a self check-in through Operator, the only time the guest is informed about his/her room number is at the final step of the check in.
We would like to set up an "After check-in" which the guest can look at if he/she doens´t remember the room number and no reception is there. In order to do so, we would need a placeholder for the room number! Would be great, thanks!2 votes -
Allocate the reservation to another room automatically if the room is not inspected
When I enter my last name and confirmation number and the room to which I am assigned is not ready, I get the error message that I should come back later. Better solution would be if the tablet can automatically reassign the guest into different room of the same space category, which is ready to be used.

Add more keyboard layouts (AZERTY, QWERTY, QWERTZU)
The keyboard layout is built in in the Mews Operator app.
Only Qwerty is used in the app. Allthough 85% of our customers are using Azerty.
I already contacted support for this problem and they confirmed that the only keyboard layout available is Qwerty.It should depend which language the customer choose, that changes the keyboard layout.

Better collection of email addresses
The Operator now is not able to collect email addresses properly. When the reservation is from Booking.com for example and the guest enters a new email in time of check-in in Operator, the email is not updated.
