  1. Holiday rentals/apartments that are dotted around a city/country will often have a situation where each room is its own category. Currently there is a limit of 120 per service. It's possible to create a service per region/city however this isn't very scalable when a region reaches 120 resources and then everything has to be split to a new service.

  3. Currently Mews Analytics only works with the base currency set within Mews (unless part of a chain with multiple currencies). It would be great to be able to use Mews Analytics in other currencies.
    For example: Our hotel in Prague base currency is in CZK, but we report in EUR which makes many of the financial analytics useless.

  4. If a room list is uploaded and thus guests are assigned to rooms, it would be good if the rooms were locked against moving by default.

  5. In order to reconcile accounting ledger with Sage reports, would it be possible to include guest number (displayed in tab internals of guest profile) and not only guest name?

  6. infuriating as it won't let me make a duplicate booking for the apartment but insists i need to book a cot. tried already three times

  9. In den Benachrichtigungen, wäre es super hilfreich, wenn nicht nur "neue Bestellung erzeugt" stehen würde, sondern zB. "Neue Distributor Buchung Anreise heute", oder "Neue Booking.com Buchung Anreise 02.05.22"

    Zusätzlich wäre auch ein Logo anstatt des grauen Kreises sinnvoll.

  10. When charging to a room all charges should be applied to the primary booker and not spilt across the individuals in the room.

  11. Previously, closed accounts were shown as €0 and open accounts were either in positive or as €0.00 if the account was at €0 but without closing the billing.
    Seeing that the account was at €0 meant that it was closed, and identifying the open accounts was much easier, could it appear like that again?

  12. when you want to implement a namelist for a certain date. However that booking is a group booking with multiple dates. And even if you select only 1 date, all bookings will appear in the downloaded name list without order. Meaning that all dates are mixed up and then you also need to add 50+ names. It takes very long and it would be better if you can implement it per booking date.

    Same goes for confirmed and optional bookings. If you download the namelist both bookings are implemented in the namelist, You prefer only the ones selected - which…

  13. It would be helpfull to see in the reservation summery how many double use and single users are in the booking. Especially in group bookings, you need to count every time when the client adjust the number and forwards the namelist.

  15. How can it be that manual adjustments to a reservation are always overwritten by the channel manager? In addition, the profile, which then has to be adjusted again several times by the employee. This makes the work more difficult!

  17. Order of the spaces are currently not translated to the overview when you are booking the room so at the moment it cannot be changed.

    Would be great if the room display order pulls through here as well.

  18. possibilité de fermer les chambres à la réservation tout les soirs à la même heure et ouverture tout les matins à la même heure. exemple : reception fermé de 23h00 à 7h30 pas de possibilité de louer des chambres entre 22h00 et 7h30

  19. When we compare the Managers report to other reports in Mews reports & analytics & 3rd party systems that are extracting data via the API we see variances between data. We've been advised that the Managers Report is a snapshot report & does not use live data, when reservations change inside the editable window the Snapshot Managers report is not updated.

    The managers report and it's format is great but we suggest having the managers report as a live report which queries the database when ran and returns true/accurate numbers that stack up to the the API output.

  20. I understand there is a function in MEWS to automate the deposits for new reservations. Is there a way to exclude restricted rates from this automated process?

    The rates we need to exclude are:
    -OTAs (Expedia, booking.com, airbnb)
    -AutoCamp Summit Club
    -AutoCamp Explorer Club
    -Any GRP rate
