Automatic logout of users
Since Mews is a cloud solution and therefore accessible from anywhere, it is important that users are careful to log out once they are no longer using the platform. To help increase security measures, a feature could be implemented to automatically log out Mewsers who have been inactive for a certain period of time. After this predetermined interval, users would then have to reenter their user details to access Mews again.

ACTION LOG FOR CHANGES MADE ON ALL CUSTOMER PROFIL
It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.

Add a permission for overriding reservation rules
If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

Improve the identification of the hotel we are logged in (when working on more than 1 hotel)
When managing different hotels, it is hard to see on which hotel you are logged in. Everything is Black/White. The only thing to differentiate is the small logo on the right corner. (As our logos are also B/W, you have to look carefully). If we could set the whole background in a specific colour, we could differentiate more easily and avoid mistakes... The aim is above all to identify more clearly on which hotel you are logged in. The colour is just an idea.

Giving employees access to Mews systems via a Single Sign On System
Not only to make it easier for employees but also to prevent people from having multiple usernames and passwords so that when someone is terminated, the access to all systems can easily be removed.

Automatic lock session
Hello, we would like to have the feature of automatic logout/lock session after employee inactivity. For example, if there is no interaction on the screen for 60 seconds, the “lock session” should be automatically enforced for the employee.

End date on user profile
When making a user profile it would be nice to have an end of employment date or something similar that allows to account to freeze or pause when an employee is not working at the property anymore. This would be a safeguard for responsible user management. This combined with a reminder in advance for users who have user management configured that a user has to be deleted or his/her access has to be extended soon.

Read only access to reservations for certain positions
Access to reservations, but read only. This is useful for smaller properties where for example the security guard needs to check passports/ID to make sure the correct person is in front of them.
But then don't give them the access to make any changes to them.

Is there an easy way for Mews support to rename a user and/or email address? We have a user who histrorically used the reservations@ email with almost all permissions as they were very senior. They now use a personal work email address and the reservations email needs to have permissions downgraded and name changed. Restrict Front Desk Team from overriding rates
Restrict front desk team from overriding rates when making booking. Currently MEWS doesn't provide rate check report to see how much rate difference we are getting from staff making manual bookings. It is crucial for revenue managers to keep this under control in order to maintain the rates. Ideally I think front desk should not have the rights to override any rates.

Manage users via Azure
We are migrating all our services to Azure and towards Azure Active Directory for all our users. With this in mind we are looking for information whether Mews can be federated and connected to our AAD for authentication and managing all users directly through our AD rather than managing them from within Mews?

Employee creation process
In MEWS system only superior employee can create employees under him . However I think this is a shortcoming in the system. As you know all management hierarchy follows up the chairman or CEO , then he is the only person who is allowed to create users. Also after going live and users usually face issues with their passwords , rights etc.. then the chairman should take care of fixing these issues!!
