  1. Create more options for the product rule creation. There should be an option to select a limit to the amount of each product available in the system to avoid overselling.

  2. I have recently discovered a 1,000-character limit has been applied to (at least) the description of a new rate when I attempted to modify an existing description and add a new rate. Overall, not an issue. The problem to solve is formatting this description. Line breaks and blank lines entered when writing the description are no longer recognized and now the lines all run together. This is not a great Guest experience and is apt to cause more Guests to skip reading the description entirely when they see a big block of words. I hope this was an oversight when…

  3. Option to see which rates are open in addition to see which rates are closed (on some high city wide - we want ALL rates closed and only one open). This would make the check and balance more efficient.

  4. Rate Key Requirement:
    It is not possible to leave the rate key field empty, limiting flexibility. We are currently doing a big migration/restructure project and cannot yet delete the old rates but need to wipe the keys in order to reuse them.

    Navigation Limitation:
    Unable to use Command+Click to open a rate in a new tab, which impacts multitasking efficiency.

    Voucher Code Search:
    Searching for voucher codes is harder. Additionally:

    If working on a public voucher setting, after making a change, all filters reset quickly to default, and we need to filter again to public/private.

  5. Base Rates
    -Ability to add Surcharge on the "Base Rate" via a Relative Value (%)
    -Extend that relative adjustment to the Age Categories
    -Extend that as well to the Dynamic Pricing Overriding functionality.

    Dependent Rates
    - Can we also consider an independent "Relative/Aboslute Dynamic Pricing Overriding" functionality as well for the dependent rates? Right now, they are highly dependable on the modifications made to the base rate.

  6. It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

  7. We have a specific rate created for group bookings " Special Group Discount". We want this rate to be showing on the booking engine as from f.e. min. 8 people or min. 8 rooms. In the rate restriction we can only add rules for a min. number of nights or min / max pricing. I think a lot of hotels etc could use this feature.

  8. (1) When filtering out the Start and End date fields to search "applicable" or "created" interval, it should intuitively grey out dates past the start date and then prompt the user with future dates within the same calendar period (future in general). Users should not be expected to keep clicking on dates to select the desired dates.

    (2) Once you access a restriction, and edit it then you click "<=" to go back to the restriction page/dashboard. However, the dates previously selected have been reset to the current/default "applicable" window. The clients would like to not keep selecting the dates…

  9. Consider adding a Sorting filter where the rates can be grouped by Type, Voucher, or Segment when researching or managing rates. It would be helpful to also have these columns visible for that purpose.

    Perhaps also add the possibility (later on) to apply bulk-modifications per these groupings.

  10. It would be helpful to have more charging rules or patterns for products.

    Especially for long term bookings (still with a nightly rate) it can be necessary to add a product on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly pattern.

    *Revenue Management: For both rate and product management, having an export/print option helps the properties keep detailed historical data of their products, a better cleanup, and easier financial analysis.

  13. Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms

    Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

  14. When creating a Hourly Service to sell hotel rooms during the day, we would like to have the possibility to add occupancy starting time and ending time to this service.

    To be able to sell room during the day on different time slots, we're first going to set up the Hourly Service. We are then going to create Rate Plans on which we add "Closed to stay" Restrictions on selected hours.
    With this setup I can sell my day rooms on different time slot and at different rates.

    However this configuration does not allow us to set up the Occupancy…

  16. Wenn man einen Mindestaufenthalt eingestellt hat, gibt es keinen einfachen Weg, Lücken zu öffnen (z.B. bei Mindestaufenthalt 5 Nächte eine Lücke von 3 Nächten zu öffnen)
    Entweder könnte man dies automatisieren oder es vereinfachen, die Restriktionen für einzelne Zimmer and einzelnen Daten anzupassen

  17. Es wäre toll, wenn man bei der wirklich super einfachen Buchungseingabe noch irgendwo die Möglichkeit hätte, eine kurze Notiz für den Gast hinzuzufügen. Wie zB.: Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder Allergiker-Bettwäsche oder späte Anreise... Der Chat funktioniert ja zunächst nur von der Gastseite aus... Wenn bei uns ein Gast ein Zimmer im parterre oder barrierefrei wünscht, ist es nicht immer eine eigene Kategorie und es wäre hilfreich, auf ein vorheriges Telefonat oder einen Emailaustausch eingehen zu können. Also eine Art "Notizfeld"...

  18. Currently the system has two logic when you want to apply an exception to a restriction: merge with existing exceptions or replace all exceptions but sometimes it is behaving the same way.

    For example: I want a rate to be available if people stay 3 nights or 7 nights (not 4, 5 o 6 as this will create availability gaps), the system does not allow you, when you try to put the second exception it replaces the first one. The solution I have been given its to create 2 different rates, but I cannot create a new rate every time…

  19. We are using the 'New Mews Terminal Payment' tool since few month already.
    This is very helpfull indeed, except for the group on C/O this morning

    Most of people in the group are 'Blind or partially sighted'
    They had problem with the 'Mews Terminal( The terminal has no '''MARK' or feeling option on the screen to enter their PIN code to confirm payment.
