Edit filters for Customer Profile report
Nowadays it's still not possible to edit a specific customer profile report (only per arrival day is available). The idea is to create a customer profile with specific filters (available in Internals>Classifications). For instance I would like the list of all the blacklisted customer profiles from an unspecified timeline.

Total of Pax to be added in the reservation report for each reservation
When filtering for "group by group" in the reservation report, it gives the total rate, revenue and comission. A total of the people would be great to have a quicker overview of all the reservations with more than one room/bed.

Arrival Report with basic reservation information and notes printable on PDF
Currently the Reservations Report Arrival screen can be viewed. Many properties print this report to view any actionable items or notes. Currently, Mew has an export but the data has all the reservation information including address, credit card details, etc... that is not needed. Just need the ability to view/print on PDF basic guest arrival information especially notes that fit on a page.
These reports are not just backup reports, but used every day by the front desk team and are printed/viewed upon demand.

Default reservations report to status cancelled when looking for cancelled bookings
When filter for Cancelled reservations in the reservation report, the status cancelled should be ticked when looking for cancelled reservations.

Manager Report to include Market Segment Data Day by Day
Currently, the Mews Manager Report provides day by day revenue and basic statistics. Group by Accounting Category perfect. However, it would be great to add another filter to be able to see a complete breakdown of Occupancy %, Room Revenue by Market Segment including Rooms Occupied, ADR, Room Revenue, Number of Guests all in one report.
This filter currently exists in the Reservations Report. This is extremely helpful to see this complete detail on one report rather than have to go to another report to find the detail. As it exists now, Room Statistics and Revenue are Totals only. Save…

Allow selection of multiple export targets
Currently you are only able to select one export target for schedules. This means that for each configuration of people you need a new target. It would be useful to have targets setup for each individual person, then when creating a schedule you select multiple targets (people). This would make it easier to change who an export schedule gets sent to as well as making it easier to create schedules.

Add sorting by product, currency and payment method
It would be very convenient to see in the report information about in what currency and how guests paid for certain products. Let's take breakfast for example:
- How many breakfasts did the guests pay in cash in euros?
- How many breakfasts did the guests pay in cash in CZK?
- How many breakfasts did the guests pay with a credit card in euros?
- How many breakfasts did the guests pay with a credit card in CZK?
This will be useful for hotels in countries where multiple currencies are used.

Multiple options for Reservations Report Filter
Allowing to select multiple filters in the reservations report under each category. E.g. in the rate plans I would like to be able to 'tick box' multiple rates as opposed to having to see the report just on one.

Add header filters in reports (alphabetical & amount)
To be able to click on each columns of the reservation report and to have the possibility to filter all the info by ascending order for example. If they are trying to find which customer paid his reservation the most expensive they would like to click on rate and to filter it.

Report for product cancelations including reason
We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.

Receive a daily no-show report.
It would be great if we could receive a no-show report, either as an xml attachment in an email, or a pdf report through email.
Currently the only way to check no-shows is on the day itself and there's no way to really gather statistics from this unless you keep track yourself.

Room Nights reporting
Add Room nights booked to individual reservation reports and include room nights booked to totals, so this information can be summarised easily and does not have to be extracted from the arrival and departure dates.

Choose which products should be included in reservation report
Reservation Report- add possibility of choosing which products should be included into this report. Some of products are not included into reservation revenue, especially for channels, for ex. breakfast can be included product and at the same time accommodation tax is an additional product not included into the price of reservation. The result- we are not able to see the actual revenue of all reservation received from channel and there is no other report where we can find revenue by channel/TA in MEWS.

Manager Report Overview to include forecast
The Mews Manager report is a great overview including data and figures about your daily operations. An expansion of this report could include even more valuable details, such as additional budget summaries, date-to-date comparisons, and the next month forecast to help plan your upcoming rate management.

Store and pull reports for guest allergies
We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks…

Room number in Departure Report
Can you guys separate the room number from the Booking number on the Departure screen, please. This will also help to support all those requests for HSK where I can see people have requested to show room numbers. As the departure list can be printed directly on a PDF. Thanks.
