  1. It is recommended to setup daily or even hourly exports of important reports to prepare for possible desasters. Only Enterprise Subscribers may choose and FTP Export Target. All others are limited to email exports. However, this way massive amounts of sensitive customer data is transmitted over possibly insecure connections (unencrypted email / SMTP). That could be a GDPR violation!
    I suggest making secure/encrypted sFTP Exports available for everyone and/or implement a way to guarantee secure email transmission (at least SMTPs with certifcate pinning).

  2. When generating the reservation report using the parameters in the drop-down lists, why can't we tick several items (like it's possible for the segments), but for all ? e.g. room categories or rates or nationalities or countries etc ?

  3. We use the restrictions a lot at our property. We need a way to see restrictions in relation to the availability and occupancy. I'd like to see restrictions added to the calendar view of the avail and occ reports.

Beyond the availability of filters, or as incremental filter functionality, users should be enabled to remove data columns from report when the data in the column is irrelevant to the property or the user. My hotel doesn't track data by bed but this information takes up space in a report for columns with zeros. When I deselect filter options, the column still shows in the report with zeros. Like standard Excel spreadsheets, it should be possible to drop/drag columns within the report and remove columns so print attempts don't generate unusable reports.   5. You can only select one rate plan but have the feature to select multiple segments, etc. Why not have the same feature for rate plans?

  7. It is not possible to schedule reports into a PDF in de scheduled exports.
    When you can have it in PDF it's easier to review the reports for us.

  8. We are missing a more efficient way to visualize cancellations in the reservation reports. Right now, you can see the cancelled status with a grey color that is not clear enough. Maybe red of a more vivid color.

  9. Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
    1. Guest Name
    2. Reservation ID
    3. Arrival Date
    4. Departure Date
    5. Room No.
    6. Reservation Type
    7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
    8. Last Paid On
    9. Deposit Balance.

    As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.

  10. Be able to programme an export for an interval of 10 days.
    We analyse the management report by 10-day periods: from 1 to 10 - from 11 to 20 - from 21 to the last day of the month.
    It would be useful to be able to programme an export that includes these 3 intervals + the total for the month.

  11. Dear Mews,

    Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?

                           23.06        24.06
    

    Room 1 5 1
    Room2 7 1
    Availability: 12 2
    Occupancy: 70% 95%

    It would help making price decisions and knowing when to apply minimum stays or close sales.

  13. The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

  14. The product report does not show all products sold in one view. For example breakfast. We have to open 2-3 reports to show the total amount of breakfast sold. We need one overview of all products sold, not many overviews.

    Accomodation

    Etc

    At the moment calculations have to be made by hand and the total revenue of each department is not shown in one view.

  16. A while ago I asked regarding saving custom reports and I was told to copy the URL and saving it as a Custom Link. It works fine but there’s something that I would like to have, so that it’s even better. Right now when you save the report, it also saves the date you used so we have to change it each time. It would be way better if we could write as a start “Today”, and then for the end “+1, +7, etc”. So that the system automatically makes the changes.

  17. From the Product Report, it would be great to be able to see which reservations have the listed products included
    Adding a filter that would show the detailed mode could allow to create a detailed report with the reservation numbers and guest information. It would be fantastic if the report can be ordered by space number

  18. Create one report for all Food and Beverages consumed together with the revenue.
    One report should who how much was consumed and how much revenue was generated for all F&B Outlets, one total sum needs to be added.
