Extend booking automatically if future booking(s) isn't locked
When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.
The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

Add space number as a placeholder option to booker confirmation
It would be nice to have the option to add the space number into booker confirmation. We drive revenue by allowing customers to pay extra to select their exact space number, and having the ability to show them this on their confirmation and not just pre-arrival would be helpful.

Import Companions via Import File
Would it be possible to Also consider creating a capability within the existing Import File to identify "companions" within a reservation and upload such data into Mews? (Besides the Rooming List template).

Merge two breakfast parts with different VATs to one
In germany we have to split breakfast in two parts: breakfast food with 7% VAT and breakfast drinks with 19% VAT. This is complicated for the guest to understand as we need two breakfast products and also for the breakfast team in the product report. Does anyone have a solution for that or is there a possibility to merge the two breakfast products in one? We know that other PMS make this happen.

Allow a bookable service to have it's own name in the booking engine, and it's own address details
When managing different bookable services, like we are. It would be helpful if you can show the name of the bookable service on the booking engine. As it can get confusing for guests to see the hotel's name on top when booking the apartments they manage under a different name across the street.
Or, like us, when you manage multiple small properties in a single Mews environment, each with it's own name and address.
On that note, being able to set a different address per bookable service would be great! In the transition to bookable services, this would be a…

One confirmation for hotel rooms and meeting rooms
At this moment, it is not possible to send one confirmation to the guest/company that includes both hotel rooms and meeting rooms as they are two different bookable services.

Produkte einfacher/übersichtlicher
Da wir viele Produkte haben müssen diese übersichtlicher sein.
Aktuell kann nicht angewählt werden wie viele von diesen Produkten gebucht werden möchten. Das heisst: wenn jemand zwei Hunde mitnimmt, muss ein extra Produkt erfasst werden mit 2 Hunde. Es kann nicht die Anzahl vom Produkt 1 Hund auf 2 erhöht werden. Jede Anzahl braucht ein einzelnes Produkt.
1x ein Hund – 1x zwei Hunde. Dasselbe ist mit den Tickets, die wir verkaufen.
Der Wunsch ist, dass der Gast das Produkt Hund anwählen kann und dann manuell mit einer Zahleingabe auswählen kann wie viele Hunde er mitnimmt.3 votes -

Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

Available rooms on opening screen
When you log into the PMS, it shows an occupancy chart and underneath how many arrivals, departures, etc there are for the next few days. However, it would also be good to show HOW MANY AVAILABLE ROOMS there are on each day for the next few days. And I mean rooms and NOT occupancy. So, if someone asks if we are fully booked or if there is availability in general, one can very quickly see that there are still rooms available before digging in further to see which rooms and room types are still free. Interactive Training on MEWS University
While going through the MEWS University it would be EXTREMELY beneficial to allow us to get involved and interact by moving our mouse pad etc.. rather than just watching and listening. Maybe a more personal training experience where the persons voice asks us to move our mouse pads over a certain area and select options etc..

Show actual Guest in house Profiles when clicking on 'donut'
The donut on the right in mews shows how complete the guest profiles are. However, when you click on the GIH donut to have a detail, it shows you the arriving profiles as well. In order to see the actual GIH, you still need to change the filters. This is not logical, as you are clicking on GIH, mews should apply the filters accordingly and only show the profiles of the guests who are actually in house at that moment.

Applying Discounts on the fly from the NRS
Being able to apply discounts on the fly from the New Reservation Screen with different rates based on the service. Example: 15% on Accommodation, 5% on F&B ... Revenues need to be reflected accordingly per Accounting category.

would it be possible to make the room number guests are allocated to or have stayed in more prominent on the overview and dashboard.
also, it is very annoying you are not able to see the full name. perhaps move the three icons on the right corner further down?

I would like to see how long it takes my reception staff to do a check in. If the activity log showed the time from a reservation opened to the time they check it in.

Roomtype setup also needs to have the option to configure a rebate accounting categorie
Roomtype setup also needs to have the option to configure a rebate accounting categorie. We want to split revenue per roomtype with different accounting categories. This is possible, but when revenue is rebated it goes to a general rebate categorie instead of the configured room type accounting categories. Seems like the product team forgot to develop the rebate- and cancelled items accounting categories settings in the room type configuration section.
