Create offers (last minute, early booking, long stay, special deal, deal of the day)
I would like to have the option of creating offers and/or discounts without having to create a new rate plan.

I think this might be easier achieved to have the rate plans in place, but make it easier to edit the restrictions (turning it on/off).
