Customizable customer classifications
Many people use customer classifications to keep track of specific types of guests. Although we have a selection available, some of them may not be frequently relevant to some properties' operations. Therefore, the ability to edit or customize these labels may make them more useful for daily tasks and procedures.

Classifications particularly helpful to us would "Food Allergy" for guests with an important condition and "Restaurant" for guests that like our restaurant, so we can proactively work with them on a reservation pre-arrival. The icon on the timeline reminds our staff of this "classification" during the guest's stay.

Strange that such a standard function is not available in MEWS. in this way there is still a lot of manual work. Really great that we can vote.... but since it is open since january 2019, you can question how long it would take to even consider it.
Sorry but exporting a VIP level is the least. Customizing it and actually exporting a FULL VIP List would be a basic feature. Even Fidelio was able to do it! -

we have our own VIP program with and can't use MEWS to manage this, so adds manual work.

The profiles categories that are right now are useless for a property like ours. We would love to have more categories hardcoded, or to be able to create new categories like for example: honeymooners, influencers... and also to have this categories more visible than a small "icon" next to the name on the profile page.

It would be helpful if we can customize the classifications on the profiles of the guests.

The ability to edit or customize is very important in daily use...
