Traces are irreplaceable for communication between different layers and guest reservation! We absolutely need this feature!
Every “Task” that comes in (which is a lot) we have to check the payment on the booking, so we would like to be directed to those bookings automatically by clicking the Reservation number without having to copy the reservation number and pasting in the search box to be able to go to the booking.

We really need a trace/task system that is linked to a reservation and works also like a `pop up` when checking the relevant booking or doing a check in.
Example: call general manager on arrival, set a trace for a reservation to follow up on payment.
Current task list is not linked and createds input errors on text, not being deleted once completed, not being automatically inactive once booking is cancelled etc...
We would like to be able to link a task to a reservation. Thank you for tanking it in consideration. : )

We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.
not easier - it should be seen as "mandatory".
