It is about merging guest profiles. As soon as we are merging guest profiles and you choose to keep one profile it takes both addresses. If someone makes a reservation for a year on for example HRS - it takes both. So we also need to delete for exmpl. 60 profiles from the same person which takes ages!58 votes
We would like to have a direct link from our cashier system to book invoices to a guest profile using an RFID field that would be available in the guest profile. We also have guest accounts that hold more than one RFID. This option will make the administration of invoices a lot easier. Additionally, it will increase guest satisfaction.16 votes

We have reviewed the request to print multiple registration cards in one go for the day, this is currently possible from reservation overview report.
You can perform this action by selecting a date you would like to print the registration cards for (it can be the current date or a date in the future), click the button “Registration cards” on the top right. This will open a new tab with all of the registration cards for the date you have selected, from here you will be able to print out the registration cards.

At the moment, in the front end, it is possible to use titles Mr, Mrs and Ms. In the API, this then becomes Mister, Misses, Miss.
There is a difference between Ms and Miss and someone who is a Ms is not necessarily a Miss. There should be a way to indicate that a female guest does not want to share their marital status - by at least introducing two different titles for Miss and Ms in both Front End and API, but better still by updating the titels altogether to reflect modern age.3 votes
Notes should be on the status tab. some where easily visisble so that agents dont miss important details. Notes should also pop up when you open the reservation and the agent can dismiss the note once its read.14 votes
In our regular Guest's profil, we have sometimes 10 times the same credit card because our guests book online.
Mews should be able to merge credit card in guest's profils if the card is already register. Or at least, we should be able to remove the duplicates.25 votes

All properties in the Alto Adige region have to report to the Landesverband der Tourismusorganisationen Südtirols (LTS) extranet. The following information must be reported per reservation or even per guest and it takes a lot of time to manually enter. Clients in this region would prefer automatic reporting.
Information reported via LTS portal:
Brixen Card: Holiday card for guests plus all public transport of the South Tyrolean integrated transport network (this is offered in Bressanone province). Also requested from some Austrian clients.8 votes

Our regular guests want the same room every reservation, right now we need to assign and block this space to them manually. My idea is to have select box to select the favorite room number of a guests in their 'profile' internals. By this MEWS can automatically block the favorite room of the guest when the reservation is made.103 votes

Head over to a customers profile and, select the “internals” tab then click on “Preferred space features” to mark the preferences for your loyal guests.
Tip: Make sure that you have space features setup to ensure that the guests are automatically assigned to the correct room.

The system should have a tool to detect automatically similar profiles (same name and surname for example) and propose one by one to merge or not the profile. It could be a big help and time saver for us, as it could take time to detect duplicate profile.16 votes
