Mews terminal Receipt e-mail sending
Hello
Would it be possible to add an e-mail icon beside the printer icon when you want to send a copy of the receipt of the payment made through the Mews terminal to the guest by e-mail.
For now we have to save it in PDF and then send it by e-mail.
Hope my request is clear enough to be understood :-)

Felxible base rate dependencies / nested base rate dependencies
Currently when a rate is setup as based upon another rate (base rate) it is only possible to setup one fixed adjustment. However, since we offer rates with and without breakfast, occupancy based adjustments need to be different between rates with and without breakfast (for example).
Wouldn’t a setup option be nice that allows to not derive all room / occupancy prices from the base rate, but only derive the base rate by a certain adjustment and setup the occupancy adjustments and room type adjustments.
So like:
Base rate: xyz-Rate (← the one the new rate is derived from)

Choose specific products for settlement
Add ability to choose which specific products are included in the automatic settlement to avoid charging unwanted products, for example, city tax when handled through products

Routing rules - Bulk update
Currently you need to set an individual routing rule per company/ travel agency. Please add the option to add a rule to bulk/all companies on the system instead of having to add one by one. The aim on this occasion is to have the company that is assigned to the guest profile reflect on the final bill.

Mail - Language selected manually
When you send an email and you manually select the language, the Preview in the mail queue should mention that this language was selected manually and did not follow the usual logic

Extra beds
We highly request a function that allows us to have an inventory of all our extra beds in Mews, and that automatically keeps track of when/how many xbeds that are sold. To make sure that we don´t oversell them.
As it is today, we need to manually keep track of incoming reservations that needs xbeds, and put this in an excel document - this needs to be done several tims a week and it takes a lot of time and effort, when it should be a simple solution in the system.1 vote -
Conditional Display of Add-On Products Based on Rate Inclusions
Enhance the booking engine to intelligently display add-on products based on the inclusions of the selected rate. Specifically, prevent the display of the breakfast add-on when the chosen rate already includes breakfast.
Background:
Currently, our booking engine is configured to offer both rates including anf excluding breakfast, allowing guests to add breakfast as an optional extra if it is not included. This approach works well for rates not including breakfast. However, when a rate that includes breakfast is the only option presented, the system still displays breakfast as an add-on. When a reservation is created we have limited options to choose as the origin of the booking. We would like to have the option to customize these options ourselves to have a better overview of where the bookings come from.

Be able to reuse rates
Ideally we would like to be able to reuse rates for promotions, just changing the name and percentage of discount.
Currently if you change the name of the rate it will change as well in all existing reservations, when ideally this would not be the case.
If we have the same logic that applies to the price (it does not change in an existing booking even if you change it later) to the rate name then we will be able to reuse rates without need to create a new one every time we launch a promotion.

For F&B to be able top post the correct breakfast product for certain guest having a discounted rate (i.e. corporate guests, airline crews..)

House use function - select more rooms
When blocking rooms with "house-use" function, it would be great to have the function to select more rooms at the same time. Now we have to create single blocks and it takes long time.

Availability blocks through different bookable services
We work with two bookable services; stay and shortstay, using the same rooms. We want to ensure availability until a certain time for our shortstay partners therefore, we are using availability blocks with the moving release option. Unfortunately, the availability blocks are only blocking rooms in one bookable service. Making it possible to book the blocked rooms in the stay bookable service. It would be great if the system blocks these rooms in both services when adding an availability block in one of the services.

Extend booking automatically if future booking(s) isn't locked
When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.
The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

THE ACCOUNTING REPORT SORT BY ROOM TYPE
It will be great if we can have an accounting report sort by room type, in order to compare the revenues separatly. Otherwise maybe habve the opportunatly to export to excel the accounting report with the room number or room type.

The customer would like to have the option to import the details of the stay via an ICS file in their calendar App - received by an email.

Add space number as a placeholder option to booker confirmation
It would be nice to have the option to add the space number into booker confirmation. We drive revenue by allowing customers to pay extra to select their exact space number, and having the ability to show them this on their confirmation and not just pre-arrival would be helpful.
